★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati a questo tour operator per tutto, che ci ha fornito un assistenza a 360 gradi, rispondendo sempre a tutte le nostre chiamate e necessità. Sono riusciti a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste sia sulla sistemazione, consigliandoci la migliore soluzione per un soggiorno che ci desse la possibilità di rilassarci e di andare alla scoperta della Valle d'Itria. Le esperienze proposte sono curatissime. Siamo stati un una piccola masseria dove abbiamo cucinato e degustato i piatti tipici insieme ai padroni di casa, che ci hanno raccontato la loro vita e l'amore che riversano nel loro lavoro. Nonostante gli imprevisti del maltempo, siamo riusciti a fare un bellissimo giro in barca. La signora Vita è stata cosi gentile da spostarci la visita in base alle condizioni del mare e a non farci perdere questa esperienza. Per non parlare del ristorantino suggerito dove degustare il famoso crudo pugliese. Continuate così, sono certa che a breve diventerete un punto di riferimento nazionale (e vi auguro internazionale) per l' intero territorio.
 We have relied on this tour operator for everything, which has provided us with a 360 degree assistance, always answering all our calls and needs. They managed to satisfy all our requests both on accommodation, recommending the best solution for a stay that would give us the opportunity to relax and go to the discovery of the Itria Valley. The proposed experiences are well-kept. We were in a small farm where we cooked and tasted typical dishes together with the hosts, who told us about their life and the love they pour into their work. Despite the unforeseen events of bad weather, we managed to take a beautiful boat ride. Ms. Vita was kind enough to move the visit according to the sea conditions and not to make us miss this experience. Not to mention the suggested restaurant where to taste the famous Apulian raw ham. Keep it up, I am sure that you will soon become a national (and I wish you international) reference point for the entire territory.
