★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Nel giorno del mio matrimonio ha lasciato due ospiti a terra a fine ricevimento, nonostante la lista delle persone da trasportare. Ho per sbaglio pagato di più, perché non avevo considerato l'acconto già versato, senza che l'autista me lo facesse presente e dopo venti giorni me li ha restituiti decurtati delle spese del bonifico. Insistenza dell'autista a prendere parte al ricevimento per il pasto, quando gli accordi prevedevano una quota da rendere all'autista. A conclusione di tutto l'arroganza da parte della direzione nel non riconoscere nessuno dei disservizi subiti. Sconsigliato
Negative experience. On my wedding day he left two guests on the ground at the end of the reception, despite the list of people to be transported. I accidentally paid more, because I had not considered the deposit already paid, without the driver making it known to me and after twenty days he returned them to me reduced by the costs of the transfer. The driver insisted on taking part in the reception for the meal, when the agreements provided for a quota to be returned to the driver. At the end of all the arrogance on the part of the management not to recognize any of the disruptions suffered. Not recommended

I do not recommend booking a flight from them, incompetent and above all THIEF! I am still waiting for 2 years for a refund of a flight that I had to redo in Monaco because they missed the name on the return ticket! And I can assure you that in these errors they are recitives

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non per fare pubblicità ma mi corre l'obbligo di complimentarmi con questa agenzia in quanto recentemente io e mia moglie abbiamo partecipato a un viaggio con il pullman organizzato da loro a Montecarlo, Lourdes e Arenzano. Il titolare Dimichele Stefano con il suo collaboratore Gianfranco (autisti veterani) persone serie e affidabili, nel corso del viaggio massima organizzazione e ottimo soggiorno.
Sicuramente parteciperò ad altri eventi organizzati da loro.
Not to advertise but I have the obligation to compliment this agency as recently my wife and I took part in a trip with the bus organized by them in Montecarlo, Lourdes and Arenzano. The owner Dimichele Stefano with his collaborator Gianfranco (veteran drivers) serious and reliable people, during the trip maximum organization and excellent stay.
I will certainly participate in other events organized by them.
