★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che vengo in questo negozio con personale cortese, efficiente e ben organizzato con cucina in parte a vista. Tutto di produzione propria con assortimento limitato ma di elevata qualità. Su tutto svettano i primi preparati al momento assolutamente eccellenti, meglio di tante trattorie e ristoranti. Le tagliatelle al ragù sono come le si potrebbe mangiare dalla mamma, cotte alla perfezione con un ottimo ragù di grana fine, sapido senza essere troppo lungo e distribuito con generosità. Le rosette così equilibrate tra sapore del cotto e delicatezza della besciamella, presente ma non in eccesso, si trovano raramente. Le ho trovate così gustose che il giorno successivo invece che assecondare la mia curiosità ho ripreso esattamente le stesse cose. Altra cosa che mi ha sbalordito è l'insalata russa che mi ha restituito un sapore che non sentivo da tempo. Molto ben fatta anche la salsa verde per arrosti e bolliti. Un po' sottotono le torte che sono più che discrete, ma l'eccesso di tonalità dolce va a scapito del sapore e della scorrevolezza in bocca. La zuppa inglese è molto gustosa ed equilibrata nella componente alcolica, ma in generale appena un po' asciutta e di consistenza leggermente ricottosa. I numerosi parcheggi a disposizione sono spesso occupati ma ce ne sono altri non distante. Sicuramente ci tornerò alla prima occasione per assaggiare i secondi oppure primi differenti.
First time I come to this shop with courteous, efficient and well organized staff with partially open kitchen. All of own production with limited assortment but of high quality. Above all, the first courses prepared at the moment absolutely excellent, better than many trattorias and restaurants. Tagliatelle al ragù are like you could eat them from your mother, cooked to perfection with an excellent fine-grained ragù, savory without being too long and generously distributed. The rosettes so balanced between the flavor of the cooked and the delicacy of the bechamel, present but not in excess, are rarely found. I found them so tasty that the next day instead of indulging my curiosity I took exactly the same things again. Another thing that amazed me is the Russian salad that gave me back a flavor that I hadn't felt for a long time. The green sauce for roasts and boiled meats is also very well made. A little subdued the cakes that are more than discreet, but the excess of sweet hue is detrimental to the flavor and smoothness in the mouth. The trifle is very tasty and balanced in the alcohol component, but in general just a little dry and with a slightly annealed consistency. The numerous car parks available are often occupied but there are others not far away. Surely I will go back to the first opportunity to taste the second or different first courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono venuta per la prima volta per provare la rosticceria assieme a mia madre, solo una parola "buonissimo", ho preso una lasagna che si scioglie in bocca, il ragù fantastico, la besciamella buonissima... non ho mai sentito delle lasagne così buone.
riguardo allo staff è gentilissimo, cortese e molto professionale.
mi sa che diventerò un cliente abituale... CONTINUATE COSÌ, BRAVISSIMI!
I came for the first time to try the rotisserie with my mother, just a word "very good", I had a lasagna that melts in your mouth, the fantastic ragù, the very good bechamel ... I have never heard lasagna so good .
regarding the staff he is very kind, courteous and very professional.
