L'ho portata in assistenza alla fine di agosto 2019 e dalla disperazione l'ho fatta recuperare oggi (29 febbraio 2020) il problema non è stato risolto e penso nemmeno sia stata controllata.
Avrei fatto meglio ad acquistarne una più economica visto che l'assistenza è stata nulla!
I bought a professional tigelliera a few years ago, I used it occasionally, suddenly a year ago it started having problems.
I took her to assistance at the end of August 2019 and out of desperation I made her recover today (February 29, 2020) the problem has not been resolved and I don't even think it has been checked.
I would have done better to buy a cheaper one since the assistance was nothing!

Non riuscendoci ho telefonato, non hanno saputo dirmi il modo per toglierlo, con una supponenza da venditori da strapazzo. Ho letto su internet vari clienti che hanno provato a togliere il rullo, nessuno c'è riuscito, infatti sembra fissato con 4 punti di saldatura.
Incompetenza? Disonestà?
