Too bad I could not order the guy who replied he said he had no time I should have ordered online sin I was already a customer. Found another supplier more available

personale maleducato che si vanta dei suoi oltre 5000 clienti dicendo che non ne ha bisogno uno in più
tempi di attesa lunghissimi (oltre due mesi per 10 tavoli e 30 sedie) che alla fine non sono mai arrivate, per questo ho poi dovuto annullare l'ordine.
marketing relazionale 0, ogni volta il dipendente diceva di non aver mai parlato con me, (sempre lo stesso dipendente)non ha mai richiamato nonostante abbia richiesto lui il mio numero e assicurandomi che avrebbe richiamato a breve.
normalmente un dipendente non rappresenta l'azienda ma purtroppo in questo caso chi ha fatto una brutta figura non è il dipendente ma l'azienda che lo ha assunto.
assolutamente non consiglio questa azienda per i suoi servizi, non sono affidabili, non hanno interesse nell'acquisire nuovi clienti, tanto ne hanno già 5000 ops 4999

rude staff that boasts of its over 5000 customers saying that they don't need one more
long waiting times (more than two months for 10 tables and 30 chairs) that in the end never arrived, so I then had to cancel the order.
relational marketing 0, each time the employee said he never talked to me, (always the same employee) he never called back despite having requested my number and assuring me that he would call back soon.
normally an employee does not represent the company but unfortunately in this case the person who has made a bad impression is not the employee but the company that hired him.
I absolutely do not recommend this company for its services, they are not reliable, they have no interest in acquiring new customers, they already have 5000 ops 4999

Risposta: Ho acquistato 7 sgabelli tramite un rivenditore, che me li ha fatti spedire direttametne da voi via corriere. Sulla scatola c'era proprio il vostro nome, Rossanese sedie e tavoli, così come la bolla. Di 7 sgabelli ben 5 si sono demoliti nell'arco di 6 mesi, il rivenditore mi ha detto (e mi ha anche fatto leggere le mail!) che non c'era nessun rimborso ma al massimo "uno sconto sulla prossima fornitura". Gli sgabelli sono quelli in plastica col perno centrale, potevo anche farmi male.

Answer: I bought 7 stools through a retailer, who had them shipped directly to you by courier. On the box there was your name, Rossanese chairs and tables, as well as the bubble. Of 7 stools, 5 were demolished in the space of 6 months, the dealer told me (and even let me read the emails!) That there was no refund but at most "a discount on the next supply". The stools are the plastic ones with the central pin, I could also get hurt.
