Consigliassimo We entered the showroom on March 19th in the late afternoon and were greeted by the interior design manager Silvia Fiorenza, refined with kind manners and great empathic ability. He has been able to interpret our style by suggesting the best solutions that we have accepted to furnish our living area. Professionalism and customer focus. We highly recommend it

Il personale, in particolare Silvia e Martina, è molto specializzato e preparato. Mi sento di consigliare il Vs negozio proprio perché di fiducia, puntuale e con articoli di alta qualità. Sicuramente tornerò a farVi visita. I must admit that before entering this showroom I shot others in the area but I found the Pozzoli exhibition very well-stocked, organized and definitely in perfect order. The staff, in particular Silvia and Martina, is very specialized and prepared. I would like to recommend your shop precisely because it is trusted, punctual and with high quality items. I will definitely come back to visit you.

Abbassa le stelle il servizio decisamente non all'altezza del prodotto. Le addette durante la vendita sono state molto carine e disponibili ma quando si è trattato del ritiro del prodotto, un tavolo nello specifico, non posso dirmi soddisfatta. Sempre gentili ma per nulla precisi. Comunichiamo in anticipo, come richiesto, il giorno del ritiro e non viene passata l'informazione al magazzino per cui il prodotto non è pronto. Dopo l'attesa concordiamo che ritiriamo il prodotto e lo montiamo in autonomia e dal magazzino ci caricano uno scatolone sulla macchina che, purtroppo, non comprende le gambe e la ferramenta.... arrivati a casa, capito l'errore, chiamiamo per chiarimenti e per scusarsi ci propongono la consegna gratuita del secondo collo e il montaggio del tavolo. Oggi finalmente il tavolo è stato montato e sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto e del prodotto....però non credo che però acquisterò di nuovo nel negozio di Cesano Maderno. For the structure and the products I would have awarded 5 full stars, very beautiful and modern furniture perhaps not within everyone's reach. Drop the stars service definitely not up to the product. The staff during the sale were very nice and helpful but when it came to the withdrawal of the product, a specific table, I cannot be satisfied. Always kind but not at all precise. We communicate in advance, as requested, the day of collection and the information is not passed to the warehouse for which the product is not ready. After the wait we agree that we collect the product and assemble it independently and from the warehouse we load a box on the machine which, unfortunately, does not include the legs and the hardware .... arrived home, understood the mistake, we call for clarification and to apologize they offer us the free delivery of the second package and the assembly of the table. Today the table has finally been assembled and I am very satisfied with the purchase and the product .... but I don't think I will buy again in the Cesano Maderno shop.

Ho acquistato tavolo e sedie dietro consiglio di Martina che ha saputo supportarmi al meglio nella mia scelta. Il montaggio è stato rapido ed è andato secondo i piani. Assolutamente consigliato! From Pozzoli I have found competence and professionalism. I chose them for the quality of the materials at a truly exceptional price. I bought a table and chairs on the advice of Martina who was able to best support me in my choice. Assembly was quick and went according to plan. Absolutely recommended!

Ma quando ho segnalato un problema per un difetto del prodotto non ho più sentito nessuno...il tavolo mi é rimasto aperto incastrato e se non fosse stato per un loro rivenditore sarebbe ancora così. I bought a table. Very beautifull. Dear all before shipping. But when I reported a problem due to a product defect, I didn't hear from anyone ... the table got stuck open to me and if it wasn't for one of their dealers it would still be like this.

Ho acquistato tavolo eminence di connubia color sale con gambe in legno color smoke abbinate alle gambe delle 6 sedie in polipropilene connubia color zafferano. Per la mia cucina ho invece scelto 2 sgabelli calligaris neri. Silvia e Martina sono state molto disponibili e preparate, hanno saputo consigliarmi prodotti che ben si integrassero nel mio appartamento, suggerendomi colori adatti e materiali resistenti e di qualità. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. Ho dovuto più volte rimandare la consegna perché l'appartamento non era pronto e Silvia ha saputo venire incontro alle mie esigenze con grande professionalità e comprensione. Montaggio perfetto, veloce e preciso. I went to Pozzoli looking for a table and chairs for the living room and kitchen. I purchased a salt-colored connubia eminence table with smoke-colored wooden legs combined with the legs of the 6 connubia saffron-colored polypropylene chairs. For my kitchen I have instead chosen 2 black calligaris stools. Silvia and Martina were very helpful and prepared, they were able to recommend products that would integrate well into my apartment, suggesting suitable colors and resistant and quality materials. The quality-price ratio is really excellent. I had to postpone delivery several times because the apartment was not ready and Silvia was able to meet my needs with great professionalism and understanding. Perfect, fast and precise assembly.
