I	Isaia Nicoletto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non saprei da dove partire, se dalla location eccezionale o dalle finiture molto curate, se dall'aria che si respira piena di felicità o dalla cortesia e disponibilità di Maria und Patrick... Fatto stà che 2 settimane sono volate e tra una chiacchiera in compagnia, un bicchiere sotto il portico, una risata genuina, un tuffo in piscina e una gita fuori porta (punto strategico per visitare Senigallia, Recanati, il Conero, Urbino, Gubbio, Loreto, Corinaldo...) già mi manca tutto di questa recente vacanza. Parlando delle cose materiali consiglio la struttura in quanto di recente costruzioni quindi perfetta in tutte le sue parti, dotata di una bella piscina, di molti spazi verdi adatti anche ai più piccoli.La presenza costante ma invisibile dei proprietari non fa mancare nulla agli ospiti che sono coccolati come di rado mi è successo di vedere. Un sentito grazie anche a Lucilla persona squisita e pedina in secondo piano ma di importanza fondamentale per il mantenimento dello standard elevato dell’agriturismo. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutto e ogni mattina, previa prenotazione, sono disponibili brioche e pane fresco. La struttura offre frutta e verdura km 0 e tutto il necessario per grigliate o lavatrici qualora occorressero. Di norma non torniamo mai negli stessi posti ma avendo lasciato una parte di cuore a Monte San Vito siamo sicuri le nostre strade si re-incroceranno ancora. Grazie ragazzi, vi auguriamo il meglio! I don't know where to start, if from the exceptional location or the very neat finishes, if from the air that you breathe full of happiness or from the courtesy and helpfulness of Maria und Patrick ... Fact is that 2 weeks have flown by and between a chat in company, a glass on the porch, a genuine laugh, a dip in the pool and a trip out of town (strategic point to visit Senigallia, Recanati, the Conero, Urbino, Gubbio, Loreto, Corinaldo ...) I already miss everything about this recent holiday. Speaking of material things, I recommend the structure as recently constructed, so perfect in all its parts, with a beautiful swimming pool, many green spaces suitable even for the little ones. The constant but invisible presence of the owners does not let the guests miss anything they are pampered as rarely happened to me to see. A heartfelt thanks also to Lucilla, exquisite person and pawn in the background but of fundamental importance for maintaining the high standard of the farm. The apartments are equipped with everything and every morning, upon reservation, brioche and fresh bread are available. The structure offers fruit and vegetables km 0 and everything you need for grilling or washing machines if needed. Normally we never go back to the same places but having left a part of the heart in Monte San Vito we are sure our roads will cross again. Thanks guys, we wish you the best!
A	Amarche Amarche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bella struttura immersa nella natura delle campagne marchigiane. C'è la piscina, tanti spazi all' aperto, una piccola sauna e una vasca ad idromassaggio. Ogni mini appartamento ha uno spazio riservato all' aperto. I proprietari sono molto gentili e cortesi, sembra di essere a casa! A beautiful structure surrounded by the nature of the Marche countryside. There is a swimming pool, many outdoor spaces, a small sauna and a whirlpool bath. Each mini apartment has a reserved outdoor area. The owners are very nice and courteous, it seems to be at home!
A	Arena Matteo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è poco da dire, i proprietari sono delle persone eccezionali e consiglio vivamente a tutte le coppie, famiglie che vogliono passare dei giorni sereni, tranquilli e coccolati non c'è posto migliore dove rilassarsi, piscina,sauna e piscina calda... È stupendo. Noi viaggiamo con 3 figli e l'appartamento che ci è stato dato era veramente stupendo, nuovo, grande e con tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione sia per girare le Marche che per andare al mare. Sicuramente ci ritornerò anche perché io e mia moglie ci siamo innamorati di quel territorio. Wonderful agriturismo, both in the spaces (apartment, garden, swimming pool, etc.) and in the owners. New and very large apartments. We travel with 3 children and the apartment we were given was really beautiful, new, big and with everything we needed. Great location both for touring the Marche and for going to the beach. Surely I will return also because my wife and I fell in love with that territory.

Familiäres Flair, trotzdem sehr ruhig wenn man abschalten will. Mit Liebe und Fleiss gestaltetes agritourismo. Bei Fragen oder Tipps einfach nachfragen. Great location, everything you need within walking or driving distance. Well-kept rooms, something for every taste. Pool area is lovingly cared for. Family atmosphere, but very quiet if you want to switch off. Agritourismo designed with love and diligence. Just ask if you have any questions or tips.
H	H Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Patrick und Maria und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Ein Ort wo man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Beide nehmen sich immer wieder Zeit auf einen Kaffee und einen Plausch. Man lernt viel über die Umgebung und das italienische Leben und Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, weil wir uns einfach pudelwohl fühlen und unsere kleine Auszeitoase in Italien gefunden haben. This was our second time with Patrick and Maria and we were not disappointed. A place where you feel at home. Both of them always take their time for a coffee and a chat. You learn a lot about the area and Italian life and food. We like to come back because we just feel right at home and have found our little oasis of time in Italy.

Le case sono dotate di tantissime cose utili per soggiorni anche brevi. La posizione del b&b è strategica. Dalla piscina si vedono le colline ed il mare. Consigliamo a chiunque di soggiornarci.
