Ho aspettato fuori le pizze, e alla fine mi aveva fatto notare che non avevo la mascherina Invece mentre ho aspettato quasi un'ora per le pizze ordinate con tanto anticipo mi sono permessa di chiedere quanto ci voleva ancora, e Lei mi ha risposto due volte in mezz'ora "stano uscendo". Allora io glielo detto che mi aspettavano sei bambini affamati. Avevamo appena concluso un viaggio di otto ore. Lei mi ha risposto che i bambini affamati possono aspettare anche due giorni. E non solo... Poi cmq in tutto il ristorante erano solo tre tavoli piccoli occupati, posso capire un ritardo di 10-15 min, ma non così lungo. Molto deludente... anche perché ho letto parecchi recensioni che descrivono un comportamento suo non adeguato nel confronto dei clienti anche senza motivo.. I tempi di attesa sono veramente lunghi: anche se aprono alle 7, poco prima delle 8 il personale stava ancora passando l'aspirapolvere sul tappeto rosso fuori, ci siamo potuti sedere alle 8:10 (la prenotazione era per le 8) e l'ordinazione è stata presa almeno mezz'ora dopo, non dico a che ora abbiamo mangiato! Tra l'altro era con noi mia madre anziana e diabetica che deve mangiare una mezz'ora dopo aver preso una pasticca e che è diventata inquieta perché la pizza non arrivava. Vengo da anni spesso in visita a casa di monsanvitesi, tutto il paese conosce il problema di questo locale, ma dopo aver letto anche le altre recensioni sembra non esserci la voglia di migliorare, peccato, perché il menù è ricco e vario e la cucina è davvero buona. Sorprendere i clienti può essere più vincente del cibo che si offre ;)! Ma davvero la qualità della pizza è fenomenale, ve lo dice una che frequenta l'Excalibur da molti molti anni. Stra consigliato Delicious pizza, very nice place, very clean, great service. N	Nicola Ciarimboli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che un suonatore di organetto da chiesa potrebbe sempre tornare utile in circostanze improvvise (ho suonato funerali anche a personaggi illustri della nostra città), tengo a precisare che non ho nulla da dire sulla bontà e sulla varietà delle pizze. Ma a fronte di prezzi inspiegabilmente eccessivi (potrei giustificarli in una pizzeria BIO o con terrazza vista mare, ma non in un pub/birreria con vista muro in cui si mangia su tovagliette di carta) il servizio dovrebbe essere a dir poco impeccabile. Invece i tempi di attesa sono e sono sempre stati infiniti, sia per la presa della comanda, sia per la consegna delle pizze al tavolo. La cameriera è stata simpatica e gentile...ma mai presente all'occorrenza. Infine il caffè ci è stato portato 5 minuti prima dei dolci, e alle nostre rimostranze il titolare ha fatto finta di niente. Non credo che buttare via tre caffè per poi rifarceli al momento giusto (con una parola di scuse per l'errore) avrebbe compromesso l'incasso di una serata. La ristorazione non è fatta solo di cibo...ma anche di attenzione verso il cliente. Tuttavia ribadisco che la pizza è buona. Ah, dimenticavo...il suonatore di organetti lavora nel settore ristorazione da molti anni, e conosce al centesimo i costi di gestione...si documenti meglio la prossima volta! Rivendere un litro di coca cola in vetro a rendere a 8€ quando all'ingrosso si acquista a €1,68 al lordo di eventuali scontistiche come lo chiama? Per concludere...nel 2021 il WiFi lo offre a "gratisse" anche il macellaio sotto casa! Resell a liter of Coke in returnable glass at € 8 when you buy wholesale at € 1.68 gross of any discounts what do you call it? Il mio hamburger invece era molto buono. Il fritto misto di contorno, buono ma forse un pò scarso per i 10€ richiesti. We found ourselves well overall. My wife's pizza was not too soft to my taste, I like it thin and crunchy. My burger on the other hand was very good. The mixed fried side dish, good but perhaps a little scarce for the 10 € requested.
