F	Francesca Cmp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bell’agriturismo a 15 min dalla costa marchigiana, ben (ri)strutturato e sviluppato su più aree (dall’azienda agricola, all’orto, al ristorante, alle camere, a campi da calcio, alla piscina-Spa). Accoglienza molto cordiale da parte di Alessandro. Camera nuova, spaziosa e domotizzata in alcuni aspetti, dotata di ampio bagno con doccia. Piscina non gigante ma ben tenuta, con lettini e ombrelloni.. che permette di godersi il sole almeno fino alle 19 (poi va in ombra). Cuffia obbligatoria (acquistabile anche da loro a 1€ cad). Abbiamo fruito del ristorante sia per la cena (hanno più formule menù convenzionate per gli ospiti (tra i 15 e i 20€, cucina semplice con prodotti genuini e ben cucinati.. tagliata ottima!), che per la colazione (il buffet è all’interno ma, come per la cena, si può mangiare nella veranda fuori vista piscina) al 90% dolce ma con ampia scelta di torte fatte da loro, frutta fresca, succhi, yogurt, marmellate (unica pecca il pane parecchio secco..). Insomma.. location immersa nella tranquillità della natura, fateci un pensiero come noi se siete di passaggio per un viaggio che attraversa l’Italia. Beautiful farmhouse 15 minutes from the Marche coast, well (re) structured and developed over several areas (from the farm, to the vegetable garden, to the restaurant, to the rooms, to football fields, to the swimming pool-Spa). Very friendly welcome from Alessandro. New room, spacious and home automation in some aspects, equipped with a large bathroom with shower. Swimming pool not giant but well maintained, with sun beds and umbrellas .. which allows you to enjoy the sun at least until 19 (then it goes in the shade). Compulsory cap (also available from them for € 1 each). We used the restaurant both for dinner (they have several special menu formulas for guests (between € 15 and € 20, simple cuisine with genuine and well-cooked products .. excellent cut!), And for breakfast (the buffet is at the inside but, as for dinner, you can eat on the veranda overlooking the pool) 90% sweet but with a wide choice of cakes made by them, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, jams (the only flaw is the very dry bread ..). In short .. location immersed in the tranquility of nature, think about it like us if you are passing through on a journey through Italy.

A wonderful 25 April, ate very well, spacious both inside and obviously outside where you can get lost in the immense lawn .... to be returned absolutely !!!

Ed ho capito solo dopo, xè era il locale era vuoto. C'era SOLO il Ns Gruppo di 12 persone... Nn ci tornerò più...!!! Disappointing at 101%. 1 first course, 1 second course, coffee and dessert for € 42.50 per person. It was not the best, not as a quality .... And I realized only later, because the place was empty. There was ONLY our Group of 12 people ... I won't be back anymore ... !!!

Beautiful and well-kept structure surrounded by greenery .. ideal for spending good times with children and family .. pleasant to eat out in the garden or by the pool .. pity that the cuisine is not that great and the price is exaggerated for what is offered.

Nulla di tutto ciò: arrivati in struttura, abbiamo trovato le finestre aperte in camera (in pieno inverno!) e dentro un freddo cane. Siamo rimasti svegli fino a tardi a sopportare un branco di ragazzini urlanti a più non posso proprio sotto la finestra, senza che nessuno intervenisse per tutelare un minimo gli ospiti che stavano cercando di dormire. IMBARAZZANTE. Se ci si spaccia per una struttura di classe (con peraltro un listino prezzi per nulla economico) bisogna anche essere in grado di offrire un servizio di qualità, e non tenere la gente sveglia di notte per organizzare festini. Inclassificabile. EMBARRASSING When you book a farmhouse with SPA you imagine a peaceful and serene setting in which to relax. None of this: arrived at the structure, we found the windows open in the room (in the middle of winter!) And inside it was freezing cold. We stayed up late to put up with a bunch of screaming kids right under the window, with no one intervening to protect any guests who were trying to sleep. EMBARRASSING. If you pretend to be a classy structure (with a price list that is not cheap at all) you must also be able to offer a quality service, and not keep people awake at night to organize parties. Unclassifiable.
