È disponibile un servizio navetta per l’aeroporto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Very useful if you need to spend a night in the Marche airport area. Perfect location near the Chiaravalle station. A shuttle service to the airport is available. Very nice and helpful staff.
l	laura giovannini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato con booking per una notte, poi ho cancellato (con cancellazione gratuita) la prenotazione e prenotato nuovamente per la notte prima. Siamo arrivati in struttura, non essendoci nessuno abbiamo telefonato e ci è stato detto che la nostra prenotazione non esisteva (avevo tutti i codici e le mail di conferma), e oltretutto che era impossibile che la prenotazione cancellata precedentemente fosse stata gratuita, in quanto loro la cancellazione gratuita e non ce l'hanno. All'ennesimo "contattate booking, non è un mio problema, io la vostra prenotazione non ce l'ho" (tra l'altro in modo piuttosto scortese) ce ne siamo andati. Il giorno dopo contattando booking si è scoperto che non erano stati riaggiornati i sistemi e quindi era segnalata una stanza libera che in realtà non c'era. Esperienza direi da non ripetere I had booked with booking for one night, then I canceled (with free cancellation) the reservation and booked again for the night before. Ci sono vicino luoghi dove mangiare o bere qualcosa. Il mare dista una mezzoretta di macchina. Great room and great location in relation to the city center. It offers a buffet breakfast service as it once was with coffee, croissants and any other delicacy. There are places to eat or drink nearby. The sea is about half an hour away by car.

L'impatto al telefono è stato gentile e comprensivo, avendo riferito che saremmo arrivati molto tardi avendo anche richiesto la possibilità di poter restare lì a lavorare per non perdere un giornata intera con il solo viaggio. La proprietaria aveva risposto positivamente offrendoci posto nella loro saletta riunioni e il loro Wi-Fi. All'arrivo siamo stati ben accolti da una collaboratrice. Il mattino dopo, appena finita la colazione, eravamo pronti con i nostri portatili, ma gli accordi sembravano cambiati: potevamo rimanere lì per una 20 di minuti al massimo anche perché la saletta riunioni sarebbe stata occupata. Non potevamo fare una mezza giornata, e nel caso tutto quel tempo in saletta avremmo comunque dovuto pagarlo. Mah, se mi fosse stato spiegato tutto al telefono al momento della richiesta sarebbe stato meglio. 20 minuti non mi fanno recuperare una giornata. Abbiamo impacchettato tutto e siamo andati. Che dire, è vero che le nostre richieste erano fuori standard, ma una volta accettate non è carino cambiare idea. Per il resto il servizio standard è ok, stanze pulite e letti comodi e colazione varia con un po' di salato e delle uova. We were passing through on our way back after a period with the family. The next morning, as soon as breakfast was finished, we were ready with our laptops, but the arrangements seemed to have changed: we could stay there for a maximum of 20 minutes, also because the meeting room would be occupied. We couldn't do half a day, and in case all that time in the room we would still have to pay for it. Well, if everything had been explained to me on the phone at the time of the request it would have been better. 20 minutes doesn't make me make up for a day. We packed everything up and went. What can I say, it is true that our requests were out of standard, but once accepted it is not nice to change your mind. Otherwise the standard service is ok, clean rooms and comfortable beds and varied breakfast with a little salty and some eggs.

Convenient location next to the station, being a small town not many trains pass. Odd styled rooms, but clean and comfortable.
