★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to sleep and chill. Very nice hostess and her dog. Nice rooms with balcony, big tv, AC and neat showers. Surprisingly good location near a tram stop, bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and more. Takes maybe half an hour to get to venice proper, though we couldve just chilled there all day and ne happy. (And we did, one day of the trip.) Never staying anywhere else in venice again.
