Mi ha inviato la bozza dell'atto , mi ha fatto consigliare di predisporre l'assegno per il capitale sociale , mi ha fatto consigliare di aprire subito la partita iva e soltanto il giorno dell'atto voleva modificare l'oggetto sociale , azzerando quasi totalmente le attivita' che la societa' poteva svolgere . Alternativa costituire una srl con i dovuti costi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
