★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo studio notarile mi ha confermato telefonicamente che potevo inviare tramite mail tutti i dati necessari per ottenere un preventivo relativo ad una compravendita. Nella mia ingenuità ho dichiarato che richiedevo tale preventivo per valutare presso quale studio procedere (e che ero, quindi, in possesso di un preventivo di altro studio). Invio la mail e il giorno dopo ricevo una risposta dove si comunica il rifiuto di fare un preventivo "a chi cerca il costo più basso ".
Contattato telefonicamente il notaio Mignone dichiara che lui non perde tempo con chi si fa fare più preventivi e non li fornisce via e-mail, come invece ero stata invitata a fare nel primo contatto telefonico. Trovo che sia un atteggiamento poco professionale e persino poco umano, dato che a me sembra ovvio che una persona raffronti almeno un paio di preventivi prima di sborsare migliaia di euro.
 The notary office confirmed to me by phone that I could send all the necessary data via email to obtain a quote for a sale. In my naivety I declared that I required this estimate to evaluate which study to proceed with (and that I was, therefore, in possession of an estimate from another study). I send the email and the next day I receive an answer communicating the refusal to make a quote "to those looking for the lowest cost".
Contacted by phone, the notary Mignone declares that he does not waste time with those who get more estimates and does not provide them by e-mail, as I had been invited to do in the first telephone contact. I find it unprofessional and even unhuman, given that it seems obvious to me that a person compares at least a couple of quotes before paying out thousands of euros.
