★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale che lavora per il Notaio è molto disponibile e cordiale, il processo per arrivare gli atti è stato lineare e non ho avuto problemi di mancanza documentazione e/o coordinamento con la banca. Unica pecca l'errore in fase di preventivo del calcolo delle imposte, la cifra era irrisoria in confronto alla spesa totale degli atti (circa 200 euro) , ma a maggior ragione mi sarei aspettato che venisse decurtata dall'onorario come avviene con gli altri professionisti, invece alla fine ho pagato più del preventivo.
The staff who works for the Notary are very helpful and friendly, the process to get the documents was straightforward and I had no problems with lack of documentation and / or coordination with the bank. The only flaw is the error in the estimate phase of the tax calculation, the figure was negligible compared to the total cost of the documents (about 200 euros), but even more so I would have expected it to be reduced from the fee as it happens with other professionals , instead in the end I paid more than the estimate.
