I	Iveta Rosenkrancova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for my fiancé’s birthday weekend and we liked it. Lovely little hotel outside of Vatican City. Very quiet street and area. Loved the view from our balcony with our yummy room service (breakfast). There are few restaurants around and supermarket just 10-15mins near by. Train and bus station is just literally round the corner and it is very handy, otherwise you’ll have to walk like 15-20min to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. Shame the reception is not open 24/7. No kettle in the room and we struggled with the hot water the very first day, however for the long weekend it was great and comfortable!
P	Prathap Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a comfortable and pleasant stay here!! The price was very affordable for a city like Rome. Room was clean - except it might need a paint job though it wasnt that bad. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi which was unexpected. A couple of supermarkets are very nearby. There was also a shared kitchen available. The location is a mere 10 minute walk to The Vatican city. Also some rooms have a nice view the St Peter's Basilica. A balcony was also available. Altogether a very memorable and pleasant stay here.
J	James Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean apartments. Friendly reception staff. Nice quiet street. Bar just across the street is popular with locals, which is always a good sign. Just a few minutes walk fro St Pietro train station. Trains are frequent and only €1.00 to Roma Termini station. Bus from just outside the train station (number 64) is regular, cuts across the city near to major attractions and costs jus €1.50.
L	Liam Hoyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the whole. I good little hotel. Reasonably priced and rooms are pretty decent. Could do with a little maintenance work and a lick on paint in some places. But doesn't take away too much from the overall standard of the room. Views are nice and it's very quiet. Only a 15min walk from the Vatican and a 5 min walk to the train station. A good little breakfast is bought to you each morning between 7am and 9:30am. You can pick what time you wish. For the price we paid to stay here I cannot grumble one bit

Lose 2 stars because of the sewage smell towards the 3rd day.. reported to the housekeeping ladies but nothing was done. and on the net it stays breakfast offered... no breakfast, also no laundry service

S	Susan Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely boutique aparthotel very close to the Vatican. Our apartment balcony directly faced St Peters Basillica which was a short walk. We'll appointed kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all with excellent storage. There is a lift in the property. Masimo and manager were very helpful and responded to any questions/communications quickly and effectively. The only downfall for this property is for any individual with mobility issues as it is located on a winding hill. There is a short cut but it is quite uneven and too steep for a wheelchair. Having said this taxis are available and prices are listed which helps budgeting.
