È un’azienda seria, precisa e puntuale con i pagamenti. The team is a bit fussy about delays, they are very keen on punctuality ... but there is .... for the rest nothing to say. I ragazzi, gia dalle prime ore vengono formati su ogni aspetto contrattuale partendo dalla differenza tra il pod e pdr. La tenacia con cui i ragazzi si impegnano per raggiungere i loro obiettivi è un qualcosa di meraviglioso che mi ha fatto tornare a credere in quanto si possa crescere economicamente e professionalmente anche a Napoli, la nostra città. I miei colleghi sono studenti universitari, padri di famiglia, neo sposi, mamme che hanno lavorato da casa quando i loro figli erano in DAD. Sono contento di essere entrato a far parte di questa grande famiglia. That of the call center operator is often a badly viewed and underestimated job but honestly it is not like that at all. Ci sono turni differenti tra mattina e pomeriggio che permettono di avere spazio per lo studio e la vita privata. Le richieste di giorni liberi o di turni in base alle mie esigenze mi sono sempre state accettate! Il lavoro in se è un po’ veloce e a volte un po’ ripetitivo, ma alla fine sono effettive 4 ore e mezza in cuffia, per cui va più che bene! stipendi erogati puntualmente e che rispecchiano ciò che viene detto in fase di selezione. It is a great working environment, the team leaders are very helpful as are the colleagues who are also very nice! It is a really good group! There are different shifts between morning and afternoon that allow you to have space for study and private life. The requests for free days or shifts according to my needs have always been accepted! The work itself is a bit fast and sometimes a bit repetitive, but in the end it takes 4 and a half hours on headphones, so that's just fine! salaries paid on time and that reflect what is said in the selection phase.

Lo consiglio a chi ama stare a contatto con le persone e soprattutto a lavorare in team. Colleghi sempre pronti ad aiutare e a consigliare. Una cosa che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso è che ogni operatore ha le proprie cuffie cosa che non di verifica negli altri call! ma soprattutto è un'azienda meritocratica che garantisce crescita professionale.
