 The parking lot was on the rooftop, and the elevator was very small, but the owner gave detailed instructions and I got over with Tano.
Close to the port of Naples, location is fine. The room is large and comfortable. Breakfast seems to go out for shopping. The nearby pizzeria is excellent. I went because I was recommended because I seemed to know the owner, but it is worth it.
The owner is very kind and friendly. The wine shop in the nearby shopping center is also wonderful.

โ โ โ โ โ B_B pulito e accogliente....ottima posizione..... panoramico e parcheggio sicuro raggiungibile con accensore dove si entra con la macchina... Sรฉ avete la nave o traghetto da prendere la mattina siete nel posto giusto....in 5 minuti siete lรฌ...e potete eventualmente lasciare la macchina.....e posizionato a 5 minuti dalle Vie dove trovare pizzerie... locali e gelaterie....in camera ci sono tutti i servizi....e la mattina possibilitร di colazione... anche con brioche del posto. .il tutto.....con ottimi prezzi....li consiglio a tutti..
B_B clean and welcoming .... excellent location ..... panoramic and safe parking accessible by elevator where you enter by car ... If you have the ship or ferry to take in the morning you are in the right place .... in 5 minutes you are there ... and you can possibly leave the car ..... and located 5 minutes from the streets where you can find pizzerias ... clubs and ice cream parlors .... in the room there are all the services .... and in the morning you can have breakfast ... even with local croissants. .the all ..... with great prices .... I recommend them to everyone ..

โ โ โ โ โ Ho soggiornato nel Marina resArt tra il 9 e l'11 luglio del 2021. La stanza รจ molto grande, pulita quanto basta. Ho contattato il proprietario per un problema tecnico ma ha ritenuto opportuno richiamare solo il giorno successivo, data di partenza. Mi ha fatto subito presente che avevo ricevuto una stanza differente e mi avevano omaggiato del terrazzo:peccato che era nelle condizioni che si possono osservare nelle immagini. A onor del vero, comodissimo per gli imbarchi.
I stayed in the Marina resArt between 9 and 11 July 2021. The room is very large, clean enough. I contacted the owner for a technical problem but he considered it appropriate to call back only the next day, the departure date. He immediately pointed out that I had received a different room and they had paid me homage to the terrace: it was a pity that it was in the conditions that can be seen in the images. To be honest, very convenient for boarding.

โ โ โ โ โ For starters, the b&b was incredibly difficult to find on car in a very busy street of Naples, as it is on a side street with no car access. The side street itself is disgusting, there was feces strewn all around it when I finally found the place.
After I manage to find my way up, I am greeted by a shifty looking host who communicated with me via unenthusiastic grunts and very poor English and wasn't even sure if I'd paid already through Expedia.
Then came the ordeal of parking. The "free" parking listed through Expedia is on a second floor which has to be accessed via car lift, which only the host has control of. And I say "free" because there was a charge of 10โฌ per day for use of the lot.
Now onto the rooms. The rooms are decently large and fairly clean, but the fridge, stove, and even shower head were broken.
Overall it was a pretty bad experience, and I would not return to Marina ResArt b&b.

the b&b owner is very nice, thoughtful and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and makes sure that you get everything you need.

โ โ โ โ โ This B&B is a 4 minute walk from the ferry ticket office and port so it is excellent for those arriving in the late evening and making an early start to the islands. It's also well positioned for touring the city.
Note that the entrance is not on the street front so is difficult to find, especially at night. The front desk doesn't open until 10.00 so if you are going to leave early, pay the night before. The staff did speak English.
When you do get in it is excellent. The room was spotless and spacious and equipped with a fridge. The shower cubicle is small and I estimate that anyone with a 48" chest would find it impossible to wash themselves in there. Note there was no bath.
Free hot and cold drinks and snacks are available outside the room.
In terms of value for money, location, and the room this is a great B&B.
