Absolutamente fantástico. El lugar es inmejorable: Piazza Dante. Vas caminando a todas partes. Tienes una parada de metro justo delante. Stefano es muy muy servicial y profesional. Siempre disponible para atender tus necesidades. Te recomienda sitios a los que ir y por supuesto dónde comer. Todas sus recomendaciones han sido fantásticas. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. No me sorprende que todas las puntuaciones sean tan altas. Merecidisimo!!!!.

Innanzitutto la posizione strategica adiacente la fermata metro L1 Dante e poi la loro disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Particolare l'accesso alla struttura: si accede passando attraverso un negozio ?. Consigliatissimo

Siamo venuti con il mio compagno ad agosto e penso che non avremmo potuto chiedere un'esperienza migliore per scoprire Napoli. We loved everything about our stay at CityKey Napoli. SERVICE/STAFF- First of all, the staff was professional, courteous, and top notch. Stefano was beyond helpful in every aspect of our stay - from booking until checkout and beyond. He took the time to explain how everything worked at the hotel and also helped us understand the city and excellent recommendations. He has followed up with us even days after our stay to make sure we got home safely and made sure we knew he sent our postcards out! Rosella and the housekeeper were equally as nice and helpful. You can tell everyone enjoys their job there. And I noticed they were all always smiling! LET ME TELL YOU, YOU WILL NOT FIND SERVICE AS GOOD AS THIS IN A HUGE HOTEL WHERE YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER. I have never stayed in a place with such genuine hospitality like I did when we were at CityKey Napoli. LOCATION- you honestly cant find a better locale in the city. Right next to the metro and Piazza Dante, you are in a strategic, beautiful, and safe location. It's also right on via toledo which is a major street in Napoli where you can leisurely stroll through some beautiful piazzas with awesome food, down to Piazza Plebcitio all the way to the beautiful waterfront of the Gulf of Napoli. Along with being close to the Dante Metro, you're also steps away from a super cool finicular (Montesanto) that will take you all the way up the to Castle at the top of the city. A must. It has 360 views of Napoli! It's easy to access the hotel, and it has several extra layer of security to make you feel like you're completely away from the hustle and bustle of the chaotic, but the gorgeous city, which is Napoli! ROOM- Ummm can we say LUXURY?!?! It was so hard to leave such a beautiful room. Marble floors, comfortable bed, NETFLIX!!!!, modern sinks/bathroom, and a waterfall shower! Even the toiletries were of the highest quality. The towels and sheets were luxurious too! Another important thing to note is the SOUNDPROOF walls and windows. Noises were practically non existant when you closed the terrace door. And ohhhh... the terrace... you must get a room with a terrace. It makes the whole experience complete. Eating breakfast to drinking evening vino on the terrace made people watching fun! You're in for a treat if you stay here. BREAKFAST- A perfect coffee with the best croissants I have ever had! Just what you need to satiate your appetite but not feel too full before you go out and eat on the streets of Napoli! It was a PERFECT balance of food to start the day! The value for this hotel is beyond compare. Do yourself a favor and stay here - I know we will again! Stefano was amazing. He gave us wonderful overview and tips about the city, especially the restaurant recommendations were amazing. The Hotel it’s beautiful! brand new, well decorated. The location could not be more central. Located in the really center of the city in one of the main street of the city. I Really recommend it!!!

B&B is very well located, in the old town with a view on Dante Place. Rooms are modern, sweet breakfast is good & served in the room. Furthermore, the staff is very helpful and professional (starting from a complementary coffee and water during a check-in to ordering a taxi to get to the airport)

I celebrated my birthday last August 15 in this wonderful and secured hotel. We are so satisfied with the warmed welcoming greetings of Stefano and Carmella? and they're so kind that they keep our luggage to help us find another place to go. Sad that i can't extend my stay for long bcoz it was already full. The breakfast?... so damn good and abundant. THANK YOU SO MUCH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
