Medicinali sbagliati e informazioni errate. Purtroppo da qualche tempo si è aggiunta altra dipendente, credo non napoletana, ancora più indisponente della prima. Credo che purtroppo non continuerò più a servirmi da loro e pensare che ogni settimana, avendo genitori anziani, spendevo non meno di 45-50 euro.

In questa Farmacia mi è stata venduta una bombola di ossigeno vuota. Bombola che serviva per un’emergenza, una persona gravemente malata è rimasta senza ossigeno per un’ora. Non riesco ad immaginare in che modo possano accadere errori simili quando in ballo c’è la vita delle persone. Quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci la bombola vuota con una piena ci hanno risposto di non avere il tempo di controllare.

An empty oxygen bottle was sold to me in this pharmacy. Cylinder that was used for an emergency, a seriously ill person was left without oxygen for an hour. I can't imagine how similar mistakes can happen when people's lives are at stake. When we asked to change the empty cylinder for a full one, they replied that they didn't have time to check.

A truly rare imbecility. The pharmacist was unaware that scanned prescriptions are acceptable. This had never happened to me before in a dozen different pharmacies. Ridiculous will have remained at the time of the dinosaurs.
