M	Maria Bifulco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signora molto maleducata. Sono entrata per chiedere spiegazioni su una crema Filorga comprata lí che aveva uno strano odore e mi ha letteralmente aggredito. Ci sono modi e modi di dire le cose, forse la signora non dovrebbe stare a contatto con il pubblico. Di sicuro non tornerò mai piú, perché non mi piace essere trattata in quel modo, dopo aver speso 56 euro per una crema. Very rude lady. I went in to ask about a Filorga cream I bought there that smelled strange and literally attacked me. There are ways and ways of saying things, maybe the lady shouldn't be in contact with the public. For sure I'll never go back, because I don't like being treated like that, after spending 56 euros for a cream.

Anche i test anticorpali sono eseguiti nel rispetto di tutte le norme igienico sanitarie e in piena sicurezza. Personale rapido e disponibile. Ottima esperienza. Hanno un entrata predisposta solo all' esecuzione dei test e il tutto si svolge nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e con una minuziosa organizzazione. Il personale addetto è estremamente qualificato e cortese. La consiglio vivamente I have swabbed more often in this pharmacy. Altre farmacie consegnano il certificato in inglese nello stesso tempo ed io ho dovuto attendere mezz’ora in più (quindi in totale 1 ora e mezza quando i risultati sono pronti dopo 20 min max 30) perché probabilmente attendevano un interprete per ricevere la copia in inglese. Mi hanno sbagliato il numero del passaporto sul certificato e non si sono degnati nemmeno dì chiedere ci scusi. Un mio amico ha dovuto pagare 22 euro invece dì 15 perché non è italiano. Ridicolo. Farmacia che per me può chiudere! Ovviamente non ci andrò mai più! Little seriousness. I went for a quick swab with a wait of an hour to get the certificate in English. Other pharmacies deliver the certificate in English at the same time and I had to wait half an hour more (so in total 1 hour and a half when the results are ready after 20 min max 30) because they were probably waiting for an interpreter to receive the copy in English . I got the passport number wrong on the certificate and didn't even bother to ask us sorry. A friend of mine had to pay 22 euros instead of 15 because he is not Italian. Ridiculous. Pharmacy that can close for me! Of course I will never go there again!
