I programmi per le chiamate non funzionano quasi mai, una volta è capitato che metà giornata (2 ore su 4) non ho fatto nulla per guasti. Questi episodi capitavano spesso anche durante tutte le 4 ore. I 400 euro fissi promessi, non sono così. Workplace quite dirty, keyboards and headphones in specialmodo. Calling programs hardly ever work, once it happened that half day (2 hours out of 4) I did nothing for failures. These episodes often happened even during all 4 hours. The fixed 400 euros promised, I'm not like that.

Certo, i periodi di difficoltà non sono mancati, come ce ne possono essere in qualsiasi mansione che si affronta, ma rispetto a quello che so di certo rispetto ad altre realtà sparse in giro per Napoli, con me i responsabili di quest'azienda sono sempre stati pazienti anche nei periodi di scarso rendimento, valutando la persona invece che il numero, cosa che, come già detto, nel mondo dei call center è una rarità. Pagamenti sempre puntuali e sempre coerenti col mio rendimento personale. L'azienda, inoltre, offre periodicamente l'opportunità di crescere (lavorativamente parlando) all'interno della stessa, ricercando ogni tot di mesi figure come team leader oppure risorse nell'area back office. Se siete portati per stare a telefono coi clienti, Call Business è veramente un must in questo settore a Napoli.
