Dopodiché a seguito di un forte terremoto è stato abbandonato e la popolazione si è trasferita nei paesi vicini di Mompeo, Salisano e Castelnuovo di Farfa. Peccato perche si respira ancora il sentore dei secoli passati e meriterebbe un trattamento diverso. L'abbandono di strutture moderne intirno alla centrale completa la desolazione e il senso di violenza verso luoghi naturali che meriterebbero di non vedere mai il segno distruttivo della cosidetta civiltà umana An abandoned place not advertised and in the enclosure of the hydroelectric plant therefore not accessible.
