Dopo lunghe attese al telefono ti senti rispondere che il corriere ha avuto un guasto (certo....)....gli si è guastato anche il telefono??? Chiamano per avvisare che la merce arriverà in 48 ore, ti chiedono un orario e poi consegnano dopo 4/5 gg all’ora che vogliono loro... autisti maleducati che ti sfondano il prato facendo manovra... consegne urgenti recapitate per errore ad altro destinatario e loro manco ti avvisano.... do una stella perché meno non si può dare... veramente PESSIMI Delivery never takes place within the agreed time. La prima volta mi si dice che hanno consegnato a Como poi no non era vero ma non riuscivano a consegnarmela per tempo e sono andata io direttamente a prendermela . Oggi invece avevano indicazioni entro ieri per la consegna hanno la mia merce in casa dal 15 ma ad oggi io non l ho ricevuta. Chiamati,mi hanno detto che non hanno scaricato il bilico e mi hanno messo il telefono in faccia. Complementi per tutto. Capisco le difficoltà si parla di lavoro e so che ci possono essere problemi infatti io domani non ho merce per vendere ma almeno professionalità questa completamente assente visto la telefonata chiusa in faccia quindi 0 stelle anche meno. Rispondo qua perché non mi fa rispondere sotto Il nominativo era le chicche di Sabrina si sta parlando di quasi un mese fa ormai il tutto è stato consegnato. Avete ricevuto più e più chiamate sia da parte nostra che dal fornitore/ corriere che vi aveva affidato la merce. Ormai dopo quasi un mese risulta inutile la mia segnalazione.
