È una palestra che fa quello che deve fare una palestra: allena la gente, ha tutta la strumentazione che serve per rimanere in forma e ottimi e preparati trainer. Certainly it is not a top gym like the various Virgin or other complete with SPA and other accessories. It is a gym that does what a gym has to do: it trains people, has all the equipment you need to stay fit and excellent and prepared trainers.
g	giovanni TATO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nemmeno una stella è possibile ? dopo un abbonamento di 6 mesi, al 5° mese dopo che nessuno degli istruttori mi si avvicinava e faceva fatica a salutarmi mi sono azzardato perlomeno a chiedere alla tipa se per favore mi facesse la Scheda...risposta... chiedila a Marco (che è uno dei proprietari) perchè io sono impegnata e non riesco proprio neanche prossime settimane... per fare una scheda non hai tempo ? avrei anche sorvolato se non fosse per il fatto che sia lei che gli altri istruttori hanno davvero fatto fatica a rivolgermi la parola per mesi a parte un freddo e distaccato saluto. Comunque dopo mesi, per necessita e vicinanza a lavoro ho rinnovato per ulteriori 6 mesi ed ho conosciuto altre persone che mi raccontavano la stessa cosa. risultato non sono più andato e non ho neanche finito il semestre. altra persona conosciuta mesi dopo tramite amici in comune ennesima esperienza negativa not even a star is possible? after a 6 month subscription, at the 5th month after none of the instructors approached me and it was hard to say goodbye, I ventured at least to ask the girl if she would please give me the card ... answer ... ask Marco ( which is one of the owners) because I'm busy and I just can't do it in the next few weeks ... to make a card you don't have time? I would have also flown if it were not for the fact that both she and the other instructors have really struggled to speak to me for months apart from a cold and detached greeting. However, after months, due to need and closeness to work, I renewed for another 6 months and met other people who told me the same thing. result I have not gone and I have not even finished the semester. another person known months later through shared friends yet another negative experience

G	Gian Carlo Clerici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra completa, piccola ma offre tutto quello che può servire, ottimi corsi, personale competente e area benessere carina, personal trainer davvero preparati, corsi di ogni genere per grandi e piccini, campi da squash e tanto altro. Palestra molto frequentata, infatti trovare parcheggio non sempre è facile, alla peggio ci sono parcheggi spaziosi nelle immediate vicinanze. A complete gym, small but offers everything you need, excellent courses, competent staff and cute wellness area, personal trainers really prepared, courses of all kinds for adults and children, squash courts and much more. Very busy gym, in fact, finding parking is not always easy, at worst there are parking lots in the immediate vicinity.

L'attrezzatura in sala è di qualità, mentre i tanti corsi proposti seguono sempre le ultime tendenze del fitness. Ci sono anche i campi per lo squash. Gli spogliatoi sono spaziosi e con tanti armadietti e un bel angolo specchio con phon a disposizione. Le docce sono pulite. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione. I have been attending this gym for years, finding myself always well with both staff and customers. The equipment in the dining room is of quality, while the many courses offered always follow the latest fitness trends. There are also squash courts. The locker rooms are spacious and with lots of lockers and a nice mirror corner with hair dryer available. The showers are clean. Ample parking available.
