★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sbagliato a dare una stella , perché non sono riuscita a valutare la competenza visto che dopo 10min di attesa in piedi nessuna delle due operatrici libere ci iha invitato neanche ad accomodarci a sedere, abbiamo deciso di uscire e non rientrare più..
