Suono il capanello più volte e non viene nessuno...dopo un periodo lunghissimo arriva una signora con un muso lungo e molto scocciata... in più mi guardava schifata per il mio tappeto per i peli di gatto visto che lei era allergica... ognuno ha i suoi problemi ma questi non vanno fatti pesare al cliente altrimenti andrà altrove. Come farò. Mi dispiace molto perché le altre ragazze in passato erano state molto carine. I will no longer come. Era la prima volta che mi servivo da loro,ma ci ritornerò. I prezzi sono molto contenuti rispetto ad altre lavanderie. Per fare un esempio una camicia lavata e stirata a soli 2 euro. Mi sono presentata e mi hanno detto di un ritardo di 7 giorni. Sono tornata dopo 10 giorni e mi hanno detto che tardavano di altri 15 giorni. Prima di conseniare ho chiesto se riescono fare lavoro come si deve. Certo,come no. Ho dovuto tornare 2 volte perché non era pronto. E due punti hanno datto con filo di cotone. Io avrei fatto molto meglio. Mai più per nessun motivo. They are slow, rude and unprofessional. I had to dry clean a mixed cashmere sweater and give two points. Before agreeing I asked if they can do the job properly. Sure why not. I had to go back 2 times as it wasn't ready. And two stitches gave with cotton thread. I would have done much better. Never again for any reason.

Me ne sono accorta a casa e mi è toccato ritornare per chiedere spiegazioni. Mi è sembrata davvero una mancanza di cura e professionalità non averlo segnalato nel momento in cui me le hanno rese. Ovviamente non ci sono state né scuse né rimborso. Mi hanno consigliato di fare una foto alle coperte che porto da loro. ? mai più. Avoid this laundry if you can.
