★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza. Mia moglie ha acquistato l'inverno scorso degli stivaletti scamosciati. Le avevano detto che erano garantiti due anni. Ora hanno macchie azzurre un po ovunque. Si e recata al negozio (scontrino alla mano) e la risposta e stata che e un difetto di usura e avrebbe dovuto dare alle scarpe un prodotto ogni mese (cosa assolutamente non detta al momento dell'acquisto)
Risultato...non li canbiano nonostante la garanzia...mai piu andra ad acquistare alla Geox.
Very bad experience. My wife bought suede boots last winter. They told her they were guaranteed two years. Now they have blue spots all over the place. She went to the shop (receipt in hand) and the answer was that it is a wear defect and she should have given the shoes a product every month (which is absolutely not mentioned at the time of purchase)
Result ... they do not change despite the guarantee ... never again will you go to buy at Geox.

Ho provato anche le calze ottimo prodotto
I am very happy in this shop I feel at home, I have already bought many different types of shoes many times and I have also ordered a 100 g sleeveless down jacket. They always know how to advise me very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato in negozio ma le scarpe non erano disponibili in quanto mancava il colore scelto, è stato ordinato dalla casa la quale ha inviato la spedizione al corriere ma no parte perché aspettano altre spedizione (al momento sono tre gli ordini in attesa già pronti e non capisco quanto bisogna ancora aspettare per la spedizione che è già pronta). Va bene accumulare merce per risparmiare, ma non comprerò più a queste condizioni.
After purchasing in the store but the shoes were not available as the chosen color was missing, it was ordered by the house which sent the shipment to the courier but no part because they are waiting for other shipments (at the moment there are three orders waiting ready and I don't understand how long we still have to wait for the shipment that is ready). It's okay to stockpile to save money, but I won't buy on these terms anymore.
