You have to teach your sales people simple manners, friendliness, and customer relations ! They need a whole 6 months training! It doesn’t matter if customer spends a hundred or thousands, you have to treat everybody the same way !!! In this store most of the workers, especially Salma, look at you as they are directors or shareholders making a drama and customers upset!! absolutely useless! it’s not a surprise if you guys sell twice less than Dolce, Boss Or Billioner where workers are always friendly and ready to help. I will report your store to RC corporate office .
