★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Entro perché ero stata attratta da un paio di occhiali da sole in vetrina. La commessa mi rivolge il saluto e mi chiede come mi avrebbe potuto aiutare. Apprezzo la sua disponibilità e chiedo di volere provare degli occhiali da sole, mi indica dove trovarli. Mi guardo allo specchio e noto una conversazione poco piacevole tra le due commesse che si svolge alle mie spalle. Cosa avranno da dire??? Mah non lo so, forse il mio look troppo sportivo per quell'ambiente?! Chiedo se fosse possibile provare l'occhiale in vetrina e mi viene dato, nel mentre lo provo quasi all'ingresso dove vi è una commessa all'accoglienza, ne provarlo abbasso la mascherina per vedere come sto, mi aggredisce verbalmente parlandomi in inglese. Chiedo scusa diverse volte e continua con tono arrogante e quasi da maestrina su come devo indossare la mascherina all'interno del negozio. Sono rimasta così male di essere stata ripresa davanti ai clienti, che per educazione ho tolto l'occhiale riconsegnandolo e abbandonando il negozio.
Cambiate personale.
Bad experience. I come in because I was attracted to a pair of sunglasses in the window. The saleswoman greets me and asks me how she could help me. I appreciate your availability and ask if you want to try on sunglasses, it shows me where to find them. I look in the mirror and notice an unpleasant conversation between the two shop assistants taking place behind me. What will they have to say ??? Well I don't know, maybe my look is too sporty for that environment ?! I ask if it was possible to try on the glasses in the window and it is given to me, in the meantime I try it on almost at the entrance where there is a receptionist at the reception, I try it on I lower the mask to see how I am, he verbally attacks me speaking in English. I apologize several times and continues with an arrogant and almost teacher-like tone on how I should wear the mask inside the shop. I was so upset that I was taken back in front of customers, that out of politeness I took off the glasses and returned them and left the shop.
Change staff.
