Ultimamente trovo personale con poca voglia di trovare soluzioni nel momento in cui si fa presente che certi prodotti hanno un difetto di fabbrica. Di preciso ho comprato una tutta e una volta arrivata acasa mi sono resa conto che c'era una differenza di lunghezza di circa 15 cm da una gamba ad altra.
RITORNATA ho parlato con una commessa gentile che ha detto che deve chiedere autorizzazione alla sua responsabile per il cambio.
Una volta arrivata la responsabile , ho dovuto rispiegare l'accaduto e con una certa prepotenza mi diceva che non può cambiare nulla nonostante avendo lo scontrino !
Forse è meglio lasciare spazio ad altre persone più volenterose a svolgere questo lavoro! Mettersi nei panni altrui prima di tutto e trattare il prossimo nel migliore modo possibile !

Lately I have found staff with little desire to find solutions when it is pointed out that certain products have a manufacturing defect. Precisely I bought a whole one and once I got home I realized that there was a difference in length of about 15 cm from one leg to the other.
BACK I spoke to a kind saleswoman who said she has to ask her manager for the change.
Once the manager arrived, I had to re-explain what had happened and with a certain arrogance she told me that she cannot change anything despite having the receipt!
Perhaps it is better to leave room for other people who are more willing to do this job! Put yourself in the shoes of others first and treat others in the best possible way!
