I	Iresh madushan perera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un piumino febbraio del 2019 praticamente a oggi a distanza di tre anni il piumino si è svuotato completamente parte della schiena avendo ancora lo scontrino ho telefonato in negozio per sapere come mi devo comportare in questo caso perché è vero che il prodotto ha due anni di garanzia ma dopo tre anni non mi aspetto di certo che è un prodotto di certa qualità praticamente da buttare perché non tiene più caldo oltretutto un prodotto che pagato €500 è ho parlato con il responsabile del negozio di Serravalle praticamente mi ha risposto dicendo che avendo passato già due anni non è più in garanzia che non poteva fare nulla non ha neanche voluto vedere il prodotto per capire cosa sia successo al prodotto e sinceramente la giacca ho usato poco e niente nei ultimi due anni anche la pandemia comunque riassumendo non comprerò mai più da questa marca se il trattamento per il cliente e di questo livello pessimo gestione anche della telefonata il responsabile della punto vendita e arrogante e maleducata!!!!
