M	Mauro Barbaruolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al di là dell'attesa all'ingresso in un momento di estrema calma e 5 camererie in sala, una volta seduto, quando è arrivato il bere, la cameriera mi ha rovesciato la birra, non centrandimi in pieno solo perché ho avuto uno scatto felino. Ne è restata colpita solo la giacca. D'accordo, può capitare ma sarebbe stato apprezzabile almeno il gesto di offrirmi il pranzo. Poi avrei pagato comunque ma almeno il gesto... Tempo fa era decisamente meglio!...5 tavoli pieni e abbiamo comunque aspettato tanto... panini arrivati con il pane freddo e carne tiepida ... ordinato un antipasto fritto e ce ne hanno portato uno diverso perché quello ordinato era finito... ordinato una acqua naturale e ce ne hanno portata una frizzante dicendo "ormai" ... infine se vuoi usare la loro tessera per i punti/sconti non devi averla salvata sul cellulare perché dicono che non riescono a leggerla.... mah .... Not a great experience unfortunately! A while ago it was much better! ... 5 full tables and we still waited a long time ... sandwiches arrived with cold bread and warm meat ... ordered a fried appetizer and they brought us a different one because the one ordered was finished .. . ordered a still water and they brought us a sparkling one saying "now" ... finally if you want to use their card for points / discounts you don't have to have it saved on your mobile phone because they say they can't read it .... mah ....

L'ordine completo prevedeva anche 1 gran cotoletta di pollo con patatine e 1 chicken caesar salad con spinaci al vapore. Il post per farvi presente di fare più attenzione quando si preparano le ordinazioni. Grazie Good evening we made an order tonight with deliveroo but it was delivered incomplete in fact the 4 regularly paid chicken wings were missing. The full order also included 1 large chicken cutlet with fries and 1 chicken caesar salad with steamed spinach. The post to remind you to be more careful when preparing orders. Thank you
V	Vale C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica a pranzo 2 cameriere e già non le invidio ? però molto carine entrambe. I panini buoni solo che sono arrivati molto prima dall'antipasto misto. Ho dato 1 stella per la pessima pulizia del locale. Il tavolo il primo all'ingresso sarà pure usato solo come appoggio ma aiuto! Pieno di polvere sulla metà non utilizzata e la gamba con una mega ragnatela di cui è strapieno ogni lampadario sui tavoli dove mangi e ogni angolo buono. Io ho lavorato in ristorante la polvere sugli oggetti a portata di mano praticamente tutti i giorni e quelli extra 1 volta al mese circa. Ma qui la pulizia se la sono scordati mi sa. E se la sala è così ho paura di vedere la cucina. Ma un giretto dell'ASL qui mai??? Mi spiace per il personale che saranno pochi anche per il periodo in cui siamo ma onestamente con una pulizia del genere non ci tornerò più. Sunday for lunch 2 waitresses and I don't envy them already, but both are very nice. The only good sandwiches that came much earlier from the mixed starter. I gave 1 star for the bad cleaning of the place. The first table at the entrance will also be used only as a support but help! Full of dust on the unused half and the leg with a mega cobweb that is full of every chandelier on the tables where you eat and every good corner. I worked in the restaurant the dust on the objects at hand practically every day and the extra ones once a month or so. But here the cleaning is forgotten, I guess. And if the dining room is like this, I'm afraid to see the kitchen. But a ride of the ASL here ever ??? I'm sorry for the staff who will be few even for the period in which we are but honestly with a cleaning like this I will not go back.
