Abbiamo apprezzato prima di tutto la scelta di marketing di consegnarti la pizza con l’impasto crudo così puoi decidere di terminare la cottura nel tuo forno di casa a tuo piacimento. Poche pizzerie lo fanno. Il pomodoro dal gusto dolce e acido allo stesso tempo è una rarità difficile da replicare. Apprezzate inoltre le sfumature di mozzarella così da non appesantire la digestione. La vera chicca però sono i piccoli peli, irti ma setosi allo stesso tempo, sparsi nell’impasto a sorpresa. nel complesso, per aver pagato la media di 10€ a pizza, possiamo ritenerci soddisfatti di aver provato una vera specialità pessanese. O	Oscar Oseguera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my review from 3 years ago never got around to posting it, I was taken to this Pizzeria when I was in Milan on a job related trip and I might be an American tourist and might not know better but this pizza I had was the best I ever tasted, The quality of the dough and the stuffed crust with cheese was the best and the desserts after is a must, I tried pizza in Rome which is very good too but this place was much better. When this pandemic is over and we are allowed to travel again I’m taking my family to Milan and passing by at Grandi Caffe Bar Pizzeria.
