Nulla da ridire se non un ora e 20 minuti di coda (per la lentezza di servizio di accoglienza ) e sdraio esaurite perché vengono vendute più di una a persona x nulla.. E famiglie con bambini a cercare un posto all'ombra xk i campeggiatori si prendono tutto. Staff del bar sono gentilissimi,?? Everything ok .... Nothing to complain about if not an hour and 20 minutes of queue (due to the slow reception service) and deck chairs sold out because more than one per person is sold for nothing .. And families with children looking for a place in the shade xk the campers take everything. Bar staff are very kind, ??
M	Marco Guastella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il posto non é per niente male, però va bene che ci son da compilare dei moduli per la questione covid, ma quattro volte che vengo e quattro volte che faccio 45 minuti di fila sotto al sole per una ventina di persone davanti a me. Purtroppo é l'unico posto nelle vicinanze dove andare in piscina e stare anche all'esterno, però dovrebbero riuscire a velocizzare l'ingresso. AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo aver ricevuto una gentile risposta di scuse dal proprietario vedo che hanno messo una seconda persona. Resta cmq molto lento l'avanzamento della fila the place is not bad at all, but it's okay that there are forms to fill out for the covid issue, but four times I come and four times I do 45 minutes in a row under the sun for about twenty people in front of me. Unfortunately it is the only place nearby where you can go to the pool and stay outside, but they should be able to speed up entry. UPDATE: After receiving a polite apology response from the owner I see they have placed a second person. The progress of the row remains very slow

A	Alessandro Coppola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato il campo 1 di tennis una settimana prima della definizione dei corsi quando i campi erano liberi. La Direzione ha pensato bene di spostare la mia prenotazione in autonomia sul campo 2 che quando piove si allaga…senza avvisarmi!!! Morale della favola…campo allagato e non abbiamo potuto giocare. Siamo venuti a vuoto da Gessate e Cambiago. Ovviamente non si poteva fermare chi faceva le lezioni nonostante io avessi ragione. Ovviamente loro rendono di più o forse i loro euro erano più belli dei miei. Del cliente non importa nulla alla Direzione. Inutile dire che hanno cercato di rimediare con un ora gratis ma no si fa così. Non si risolve la mancanza di professionalità in questo modo. Davvero imbarazzante la gestione. Aggiungeteci che io mi sono dovuto fare più volte campo segreteria mentre sotto la pioggia mentre loro erano seduti al loro posto…tanto il problema era il mio. E il maestro del corso prima e la segreteria poi si sono permessi di ipotizzare che fossi io errore. Fate gestire i Centri a chi veramente sa farlo e non con l’improvvisazione. Il cliente non è per niente tutelato. Scrivo questa recensione non sperando che cambi qualcosa ma semplicemente per mettervi in guardia e per evitare che qualcuno possa trovarsi nella mia situazione. I had booked tennis court 1 a week before the definition of the courses when the courts were free. The Management has seen fit to move my booking independently to field 2 which floods when it rains… without warning me !!! Moral of the story ... flooded field and we could not play. We came empty from Gessate and Cambiago. Obviously you could not stop those who did the lessons even though I was right. Obviously they make more money or maybe their euros were better than mine. The management does not care about the customer. Needless to say, they tried to make up for it with a free hour, but that's not the way it is. The lack of professionalism is not resolved in this way. Management really embarrassing. Add to this that I had to do the secretarial field several times while in the rain while they were sitting in their place ... so much the problem was mine. And the master of the course first and then the secretariat took the liberty of speculating that I was a mistake. Let those who really know how to do it manage the Centers and not with improvisation. The customer is not protected at all. I write this review not hoping that anything will change but simply to warn you and to prevent anyone from finding themselves in my situation.

Gym with friendly and competent staff. Various courses (including Pilates) and super-equipped gym. Swimming pool for children and adults. Really great.

La mia bimba sta facendo progressi in pochissimo tempo e va volentierissimo Swimming pool a little dated that should be rearranged a little ... but excellent management of the children .... Very good teachers ... My daughter is making progress in a very short time and goes very willingly

You try to pay, card machine is not working so you have to go find cash 20 minutes away. You get back, you finally get in and get to the outdoor pool. The girl ny the pool tells you the you cannot actually go in the pool cause its not open, only outdoor. 5 minutes later after you sit on a bed under an umbrella lady comes back , its 12€ extra (entrance wad 12€ including card). Absolutely 0 service. Would not recommend. (I did not even get into the cleanliness of the changing room and 1950's conditions). Disgusting....update 2 hours later they started to let people into the pool...
