La mia stufa, che ha più di 20 anni, è tornata come nuova. Grazie a tutti voi di Rizzoli!!! n	najada sulcaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio clienti lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo acquistato tramite il nostro mobilificio una stufa che verrà inserita nella cucina. Per motivi tecnici non riusciamo più ad inserire il tubo dentro il muro e purtroppo dovrà rimanere fuori. Nonostante manchino ancora oltre 20 dalla consegna per fare un semplice cambiamento al piano cottura ci hanno chiesto oltre 150 euro. Siamo clienti da tempo, ma dopo questa esperienza non lo saremo più e non lo consiglierei a i miei amici. Meglio orientarsi in altre aziende che hanno un attenzione anche per il cliente. Non avendo più la possibilità di rispondere volevo precisare qui che come specificato nella recensione non si parla di un prodotto che doveva essere cambiato "nell'immediata prossimità della consegna" in quanto non lo riceverò prima del 27 maggio. In ogni caso penso che con così tanto anticipo c'era la possibilità di offrire questo servizio con la massima serenità avendo a disposizione circa 20 giorni. E' venuto il rivenditore ad installarla ed è arrivato anche il responsabile di zona della Rizzoli ( giusto per far capire l'attenzione al cliente). La stufa funziona perfettamente metto la legna accendo parte e mi dimentico, il forno entra facilmente in temperatura e facilmente la mantiene. Finalmente ho finito di schiumare rabbia ogni volta che accendevo la stufa. I bought a Rizzoli M series to replace a De Manincor Domino Maxi which in 5 years has only given me problems and an enlarged liver. Wir sehen den Ofen noch immer gerne an da er so schön ist. Er ist eine perfekte Symbiose aus Design Technik und Funktionalität. Wir haben den Ofen mit Durchheize bestellt die an unserem Kachelofen fantastisch funktioniert. Ich habe nicht geglaubt das ein Backrohr in einem Holzherd so vollkommen problemlos zu handhaben ist. 5 Sterne mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. . Have purchased a Rizzoli L90 Rustik and are thrilled. La stufa la volevo di un colore particolare (non presente tra i tantissimi disponibili), nessun problema hanno realizzato il colore "su misura" per le mie necessità. La stufa si accende rapidamente, non fuma, dispone di tre chiavi per il tiraggio dell'aria e soprattutto brucia in maniera molto efficiente la legna producendo calore a lungo e lasciando veramente pochi residui. Unica pecca, la cassa della legna troppo piccola. Ho avuto qualche problema con una termocucina (non dovuto al prodotto, ma a fattori esterni) e ci siamo rivolti direttamente a loro, causa incompetenza del negozio da cui l'abbiamo acquistata. Siamo stati ascoltati e seguiti. Mandato un'e-mail in un momento successivo per richiedere info circa altro venditore in zona e (pur essendo un privato) mi hanno risposto subito. La serietà di un'azienda si vede anche da queste cose! A great company.
