Abbiamo ordinato un materasso il 9 dicembre con l'accordo che sarebbe stato consegnato entro Natale.
Sono passati i giorni e non abbiamo avuto notizie. E' passato Natale e non abbiamo avuto notizie. Fra Natale e Capodanno (giorni lavorativi) non abbiamo avuto notizie. E' passato Capodanno e non abbiamo avuto notizie.
Lunedi sera (3 gennaio) siamo tornati di persona al negozio per avere informazioni. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni una signora piuttosto sbrigativa e quasi scocciata, ci ha comunicato candidamente che il materasso era arrivato il 23 dicembre ma che non l'avevano ancora consegnato perchè prima di noi avevano molte altre consegne in arretrato!!!
Mi sarei aspettata almeno delle scuse (se non uno sconto vista la mancata consegna nei tempi previsti) ma niente...
Evidentemente la soddisfazione del cliente non è una loro priorità.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
We ordered a mattress on December 9th with the agreement that it would be delivered by Christmas.
The days have passed and we have had no news. It's past Christmas and we haven't heard from. Between Christmas and New Year (working days) we had no news. It's past New Year and we haven't heard from.
On Monday evening (January 3) we went back to the shop in person for information. At our request for explanations, a rather hasty and almost annoyed lady candidly informed us that the mattress had arrived on December 23rd but that they had not yet delivered it because before us they had many other deliveries in arrears !!!
I would have expected at least an apology (if not a discount given the failure to deliver on time) but nothing ...
Obviously, customer satisfaction is not their priority.
