★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived at the restaurant we were the first couple in for about 40 minutes. We were told there were only two tasting menus available. A six and a nine course and quite expensive. The nine course looked far more interesting. It was an excellent menu. Very interesting courses except for the Cod and Cauliflower. All told it was a very good experience and does make Votavota the best restaurant in M. Di Ragusa. However it the visit was spolit when we found out that there was an a la Carte menu available when more people arrived and no-one was offered the tasting menus. So 5 stars for food, 2 stars for the deception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By the time of this review, VotaVota has a 3,9 score. Lucky us, we went out for lunch at a late hour from Italian perspective, so most restaurants of Marina di Ragusa were closed or at closing hour. We were very welcomed here, though. The view is beautiful, the place is beautiful, the food is beautiful ( and tasty, like food should be). All items here are hand-picked - the chairs, the tiles, the plates, the glasses. Wait and see the chef and his team ( as kitchen is open)! The team is silent, well instructed and always working. The food is hand- picked as well...literally; for it is fascinating to watch their work in progress.
The prices are fair; and fair is fair! This is not a cheap place, nor should it be...but it's not expensive. One can eat really bad food in tourist- trap places at the same prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location, high quality of the products and well presented dishes. Good selection of wine as well. Service was efficient and professional. A little bit pricy, but overall very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pasta was excellent and definitely the highlight. The squid with truffles was not my thing texture wise. The dessert was creative and not too sweet. Overall would recommend although I found it a bit expensive for the area.
