A 20 metri dal mare, dal lungo mare dove ci sono ristoranti e locali, con supermercato sotto casa e fruttivendolo di fronte! Praticamente fantastico!! Proprietario super disponibile!! La consiglio vivamente! Noi torneremo sicuramente! Provare per credere! Beautiful house, bright, clean, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. 20 meters from the sea, from the seafront where there are restaurants and clubs, with a supermarket under the house and a greengrocer in front! Virtually fantastic !! Super helpful owner !! I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back! Seeing is believing!

La casa está fenomenal, no le falta detalle,todo nuevo, reformada, limpísima, las camas comodísimas. Mis hijos durmieron los 4 en una habitación porque la cama de abajo de la litera tiene un colchón grande donde cupieron 3 perfectamente. Lo mejor de la casa es su ubicación, a diez pasos del mar! También al lado de cafeterias, restaurantes donde desayunar, comer y cenar, y de un paseo marítimo muy bonito y muy animado. Tiene también un supermercado cercano nada más salir del portal. También es perfecta para hacer turismo, está a media hora de lugares de obligada visita como Ragusa o Sicicli. Y Stefano como antifrión muy amable! Te da todo tipo de facilidades, consejos y se ha preocupado en todo momento de que estuviéramos cómodos. Ojalá podamos volver y estar mas días! We have spent one night at Stefano's house with our four children. The house is phenomenal, there is no lack of detail, everything is new, renovated, very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable. My children slept all 4 in one room because the bottom bunk bed has a large mattress that fits 3 perfectly. The best thing about the house is its location, ten steps from the sea! Also next to cafes, restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a very beautiful and lively promenade. It also has a nearby supermarket as soon as you leave the portal. It is also perfect for sightseeing, it is half an hour from must-see places such as Ragusa or Sicicli. And Stefano as a very friendly antifrion! He gives you all kinds of facilities, advice and has taken care at all times that we are comfortable. Hopefully we can return and stay more days!

Il padrone di casa è una persona disponibile e presente ad ogni esigenza. Luogo in cui sicuramente ritornare. Perfect location to enjoy both relaxation by the sea, truly a stone's throw away, and to spend pleasant evenings in the clubs in the center of Marina. The landlord is a person available and present for every need. Place to return to for sure.

Dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, offre un esperienza unica e rilassante. Stefano è un host disponibile e gentile a qualsiasi richiesta. Il balcone con vista mare è solo l'ultima delle meraviglie. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole trascorrere un periodo di relax ma nel contempo visitare a pochi km le bellezze barocche del Val di Noto ( Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, Noto e Caltagirone ). Ciao Stefano. Alla prossima vacanza. Recently renovated apartment a few steps from the sea, very clean, bright and with attention to detail. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, it offers a unique and relaxing experience. Stefano is a helpful and kind host for any request. The balcony with sea view is just the last of the wonders. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend a relaxing time but at the same time visit the baroque beauties of the Val di Noto (Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, Noto and Caltagirone) a few kilometers away. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti (Giugno 2020), nel cuore della stupenda Marina di Ragusa, in questo magnifico appartamento "a due passi dal mare": in meno di 100 metri dal comodo ed ampio letto matrimoniale raggiungevo l'acqua del mare. L'appartamento, recentemente ed elegantemente ristrutturato, è finemente arredato e completo di tutto (anche lavatrice e scopa elettrica!). Può ospitare fino a 7 persone e, per me, è l’ideale per trascorrere la vacanza dei sogni! Tutto eccezionale!!! Stefano è il proprietario, ragazzo preciso, premuroso e puntuale. Consigliatissimo. Perfect vacation! My wife and I stayed for 9 nights (June 2020), in the heart of the beautiful Marina di Ragusa, in this magnificent apartment "a stone's throw from the sea": in less than 100 meters from the comfortable and large double bed I reached the water of the sea. The apartment, recently and elegantly renovated, is finely furnished and complete with everything (even washing machine and electric broom!). It can accommodate up to 7 people and, for me, it is ideal for spending the dream vacation! All exceptional !!! Stefano is the owner, a precise, attentive and punctual guy. Highly recommended.

Location super central and close to the sea ( less then 50 meter) and the city center with all restaurants and magazines. Just below there the opportunity to use free beach or paid the all the services needed! Stefano was very nice to us and he didn't explain everything! Very available also at check out! Super reccomend!!!
