★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service which is charged 15% of your bill needs a lot of improvement. I understand that the waiter did not speak English but simple things like bringing the menu (in any language it would have been fine), opening the bottles for us and pouring into glasses requires no talking. He also asked twice if we want food, every time we said no and he did not look too happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place didn’t really have any reviews, so we decided to try our luck. You know, sometimes new places are trying their hardest to make a good impression and earn a 5-star rating. Alas, Lumia Gastro Bar is not the case.
First of all, this is not an English-friendly place. It’s hard to communicate with the waiters and half of the time we just didn’t understand each other. Moreover, the menu is only in Italian and we had to use Google Translate to find out what some dishes actually were.
The place has a mandatory 15% service fee. It’s stated in the menu, so no surprises. You might think that the service will be good in such case... well, no, it’s not. We waited for menus for a long time (even though there were only two tables occupied). Finally we got one, literally one. My wife was ignored until i specifically requested to provide her with a menu as well. No apologies provided.
At least the food was good. Not mind blowing, but we enjoyed it. The downside was the serving size though - the main dishes here are on a smaller side. Unless you plan to order few dishes, don’t expect to leave with a full stomach.
And the last thing that really made me leave a 3-star rating instead of a 4-star: we ordered a bottle of water with our food. Never got one but decided to leave it as is, whatever. Well, that didn’t stop the staff to put it in the check. Surely they quickly corrected it after I brought this up, but wow. And, of course, no apologies.
So yeah, I honestly believe that Marina is Ragusa (being a tourist resort) has to offer much more than Lumia Gastro Bar. Hopefully Lumia staff will correct their mistakes, but I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Privilege view and good service. Prices are no cheep, portions are small but quality is good. The service fee is a NO NO, it doesn't offer anything ( like bread or water, so i don't understand what they are charging).
