a	adelmo sidoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato in un posizione invidiabile, questo ristorante a conduzione famigliare mantiene più di quanto promette, a partire dalla cortesia e dalla gentilezza di tutto il personale, premuroso ma mai invadente. Gli accettabili tempi di attesa sono la dimostrazione che non vengono servite pietanze precotte, la pulizia del locale è un vanto dei proprietari, ma il top viene raggiunto dai piatti presenti nel menù, piatti non scontati, ma saldamente legati alla tradizione umbra. Gli strangozzi al Cesanese e i tortellini col ripieno di ricotta di bufala e porcini sono da premio Oscar, inimitabile e da sogno la crema di ricotta al tartufo servita tra gli antipasti. Ottime le carni. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente, considerando che le materie prime sono di assoluta qualità. Eccellente! Conto da infarto neanche fosse il ristorante di Carlo Cracco. Veramente buoni i vini proposti. L'occasione è stata un banchetto dopo una cerimonia. Credo sia un buon test per giudicare un ristorante.
