Il cibo è ottimo ed ancora meglio é il vino. La scelta di produrre "come una volta" evitando anche l'uso del verderame e dei solfiti porta a vini di grande pregio, specchio e anima del territorio dal quale nascono.
Consiglio il giardino esterno in maggio e settembre a pranzo, se no solo la sera nei mesi più caldi.
Lunch in an old oil mill renovated and converted into a small museum.
The food is great and the wine is even better. The choice to produce "as it once was" avoiding the use of verdigris and sulphites leads to wines of great value, mirror and soul of the territory from which they are born.
I recommend the outdoor garden in May and September for lunch, if not only in the evening in the warmer months.
