★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I freschi sono molto poco curati, meloni gialli in vendita quando dovrebbero essere ritirati e non venduti dato l aspetto. Pomodori da insalata da usare per il sugo talmente fracichi. La mozzarella deve essere tenuta nei banchi frigo non sopra i vetri della gastronomia.
