Siamo andati una domenica a visitare l'azienda e c'era un pranzo a un menù fisso con abbinati vini di loro produzione. Personale molto accogliente e, ovviamente, che amano il loro lavoro.. trasmettondo la stessa passione ai clienti. Consigliato assolutamente per chi vuole passare una domenica in tranquillità e degustando prodotti di assoluta qualità. Very nice and characteristic company in Piglio. We went on a Sunday to visit the company and there was a set lunch menu with matching wines from their production. Very welcoming staff and, of course, who love their work .. they transmit the same passion to customers. Absolutely recommended for those who want to spend a Sunday in peace and tasting products of the highest quality.

L	Luca Mucciarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il loro Cesanese del Piglio Superiore DOCG "I Cloni" era davvero buono, soddisfacente anche la Passerina del Frusinate IGT "Valle Bianca", che ho preso perché ha il taglio con la Malvasia Puntinata del Lazio e quindi risulta più morbida di una Passerina classica. Il rosato di Cesanese purtroppo ci è arrivato a casa con il sentore di tappo, anche se non era troppo esagerato, ma perlomeno siamo riusciti a captare i suoi lievi profumi e la sua astringenza, che lascia gradevolmente "pulita" la bocca. Il bianco sfuso è discreto, mentre il rosso risulta un po' troppo acidulo e a tratti dolciastro per i miei gusti. Metto tre stelle solo perché ci sono stati messi in conto i "microcalici" d'assaggio senza preavviso. Forse per l'azienda in questione la cosa è normale, ma dalla Valle d'Aosta alla Sicilia non mi era mai capitato finora. Diciamo che non è un buon biglietto da visita per dei nuovi clienti. Their Cesanese del Piglio Superiore DOCG "I Cloni" was really good, also satisfying the Passerina del Frusinate IGT "Valle Bianca", which I took because it is cut with Malvasia Puntinata del Lazio and therefore is softer than a classic Passerina. Unfortunately, the Cesanese rosé arrived at home with the hint of cork, even if it was not too exaggerated, but at least we managed to capture its slight aromas and its astringency, which leaves the mouth pleasantly "clean". The loose white is discreet, while the red is a bit too sour and sometimes sweetish for my taste. I put three stars only because we have taken into account the "microcalici" for tasting without warning. Perhaps this is normal for the company in question, but from Valle d'Aosta to Sicily it had never happened to me so far. Let's say it's not a good business card for new customers.
