Nous y sommes allés avec mon mari en amoureux et j'avais un menu sans prix et mon mari avec prix. C'était très élégant! Le menu dégustation est au top! Lieu très accueillant avec beaucoup d'âme. Produits locaux. Beaucoup d'attention ex: mon mari a pris un verre de vin et moi non, le serveur m'a demandé si je voulais quand même trinquer avec lui et sans supplément. Il y a fait aussi plusieurs éléments à grignoter avant led plats et puis un pré-dessert et des douceurs avec le café! Vraiment j'y retournerai volontiers Extremely refined service that made us feel very comfortable at the same time. Local products. Lots of attention ex: my husband had a glass of wine and I didn't, the waiter asked me if I wanted to drink with him anyway and at no extra charge. É stato davvero una piacevole scoperta. We went to this restaurant for a baptism, we appreciated the quality of the products, the flexibility of offering alternative courses for those with allergies, and the quantity of courses (the right courses and with the possibility of making an encore for those who want without waste). I vinili alla cassa e questa volta tocco di estrema classe, sono uscita con un mazzo di calle gentile omaggio del proprietario ?? ps. Tartare con l'uovo e ravioli di Pancalieri alla menta spettacolo! Sulla strada che collega Savigliano a Saluzzo la sagoma inconfondibile del Monviso innevato si staglia contro il cielo e crea in noi gente di pianura quel senso di stupore che si prova davanti alla grandezza della natura. Vista l'ora ci fermiamo in un ristorante che incontriamo lungo la strada. Entriamo e veniamo accolti dal proprietario, gentilissimo, che ci accompagna al tavolo, ci colpisce la cura dei particolari che troviamo nel locale, una musica soffusa proveniente dai vinili si spande nell'ambiente creando un'atmosfera ricercata, i tavoli sono apparecchiati con gusto e l'interno è stato mantenuto con la struttura rustica originale. In attesa della cottura dei cibi ci vengono servite ottime polpettine di carne con salsa (offerte dal locale). Mangiamo un ottimo antipasto realizzato con flan di cardi e fonduta. Il resto è cucinato con cura sapiente ed il sapore è da provare. La cucina è tipicamente piemontese con inserimenti azzeccati di pesce in alcune vivande. Alla fine ci portano il caffè accompagnato da alcuni dolcetti. Mi sono scordato di dire che tutto è fatto da loro. Al momento di pagare mi aspetto la tipica "mazzata" all'italiana, invece il prezzo è stato più che onesto. Fuori un ampio parcheggio ed il panorama del Monviso che sembra li a due passi. CONSIGLIATO. On the road that connects Savigliano to Saluzzo, the unmistakable silhouette of the snow-covered Monviso stands out against the sky and creates in us people of the plains that sense of amazement that one feels in front of the greatness of nature. Given the time we stop at a restaurant we meet along the way. We enter and are greeted by the owner, very kind, who accompanies us to the table, we are struck by the attention to detail that we find in the room, a soft music coming from the vinyls spreads in the environment creating a refined atmosphere, the tables are set with taste and the interior has been kept with the original rustic structure. While waiting for the cooking of food we are served excellent meatballs with sauce (offered by the restaurant). We eat an excellent appetizer made with flan of thistles and fondue. The rest is cooked with skilful care and the flavor is worth trying. The cuisine is typically Piedmontese with well-chosen insertions of fish in some dishes. At the end they bring us the coffee accompanied by some sweets. I forgot to mention that everything is done by them. At the time of paying I expect the typical Italian "blow", instead the price was more than fair. Outside a large parking lot and the panorama of Monviso which seems to be close by. RECOMMENDED.
