Cucina e ingredienti di altissima qualità, fantasia, gusti ricercati e semplici allo stesso tempo. E spiace averlo scoperto l'ultimo giorno di mia permanenza a Savigliano. Tornerò apposta per questo (e per gli amici, che farò di tutto per portare qui a cena). Piatti DIVINI. E a prezzi umani, ben oltre la soglia di onestà. Bravi, bravi, bravi! I haven't eaten so well in time immemorial. It was all perfect and moving. Cuisine and ingredients of the highest quality, imagination, refined and simple tastes at the same time. And sorry to have discovered this on the last day of my stay in Savigliano. I will return on purpose for this (and for friends, who I will do everything to bring here for dinner). DIVINE dishes. And at human prices, well beyond the threshold of honesty. Well done, well done, well done!

Locale rinnovato con scelte di colore ed arredamento molto azzeccate, partendo dal colore delle pareti fino a sedie e tavoli. Piatti ottimi e ricercati con alcune portate veramente originali. Prezzi molto buoni tanto da pensare ad un errore di conto. 5 stars you deserve, starting from the excellent welcome at the entrance and the attention given to children (placemats and colors). Renovated room with very well chosen color and furniture choices, starting from the color of the walls up to chairs and tables. Excellent and refined dishes with some truly original courses. Very good prices so much to think of an error of account.

E presentazione dei piatti molto invitante. Laura sempre persona eccezionale. Consigliato a tutti anche per l ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Renovated restaurant but unchanged quality at high levels. Pasta made by them always well seasoned with some novelties in the sauces. Great variety of starters and desserts. Excellent. And very inviting presentation of the dishes. Laura always exceptional person. Recommended to everyone also for the excellent value for money.

Il personale di sala all'ingresso é stato molto gentile e disponibile nel farci scegliere il tavolo ed accomodare. Il locale è semplice nell'arredamento ma assai accogliente e carino, belle anche le sedie restaurate e diverse tra loro; in generale mi sono sentito a mio agio. La mia Compagna ha preso un antipasto di carne di fesa, che era composto da due piccole fettine di carne sopra un abbondante letto di insalata. La pasta era ottima come consistenza e sapore mentre il sugo era troppo liquido perdendo di consistenza e di sapore. Il piatto che però mi ha conquistato é stato il dolce con la torta di zucca, morbida, non asciutta, assai pensa nel giusto e dolce il giusto. Buona la lista dei vini e la possibilità di avere del vino al calice o bottiglie in 'outlet'. Il coperto ha un costo molto esiguo però in tavola avrei preferito avere una tovaglietta o una striscia di tessuto come tovaglia. Per il costo delle cena non posso esprimermi perché ero ospite We both went for a dinner for two in the week. The hall staff at the entrance was very kind and helpful in letting us choose the table and sit down. The restaurant is simple in furnishings but very welcoming and nice, the restored chairs are also beautiful and different from each other; in general I felt comfortable. My partner had a rump meat appetizer, which consisted of two small slices of meat over a generous bed of salad. The pasta was excellent in texture and flavor while the sauce was too liquid, losing consistency and flavor. The dish that conquered me, however, was the dessert with pumpkin pie, soft, not dry, very much thinks in the right and sweet is the right. Good wine list and the possibility of having wine by the glass or bottles in the 'outlet'. The cover charge has a very low cost, but on the table I would have preferred to have a placemat or a strip of fabric as a tablecloth. For the cost of the dinner I cannot express myself because I was a guest
