Risotto con cipolla caramellata, ottimio. Il bunet tipico lo rivisitano all'origine, con le nocciole, anziché al cioccolato come fanno in altri luoghi del cuneese. Conto onesto, di 35 euro per i 3 piatti più una bottiglia da 0.375 di Barbera d'Alba Very quiet evening, friendly and kind manager. Great food, very well presented. The fassona with knife, served in the mix of appetizers was sublime. Risotto with caramelized onion, excellent. The typical bunet is revisited at the origin, with hazelnuts, rather than chocolate as they do in other places in the Cuneo area. Honest bill of 35 euros for the 3 dishes plus a 0.375 bottle of Barbera d'Alba

Ho fatto presente che avevo poco più di un'ora e siamo stati serviti velocemente e bene. Il tris di antipasti ottimo e sia agnolotti che tagliatelle al sugo di arrosto altrettanto. Inoltre era una vita che non mangiavo agnolotti fatti a mano ( senza stampo ) . Davvero bravi. Non metto 5 stelle perché non ho avuto la possibilità di provare anche i secondi e i dolci per mancanza di tempo ma sono sicura che non sarei rimasta delusa . I did not know this restaurant. I live in Turin and I was visiting Savigliano. I pointed out that I had just over an hour and we were served quickly and well. The trio of excellent appetizers and both agnolotti and tagliatelle with roast sauce as well. It was also a lifetime that I hadn't eaten handmade agnolotti (without mold). Really good. I don't put 5 stars because I didn't have the chance to try the main courses and desserts due to lack of time but I'm sure I wouldn't have been disappointed.

Sono a 15 minuti di distanza cerco un posto dove mangiare e trovo tra i pochi aperti in zona l'osteria. Prenoto per 5 persone mi dicono di presentarmi e se nel locale ci sono disponibilità di tavoli non ci sono problemi. Dopo un quarto d'ora e 12 km di strada arrivo all'ingresso guardo i 3 tavoli all'esterno che sono vuoti e questo mi fa pensare bene,leggo la locandina del menù sulla porta e da quell'educato Signore che senza guardarmi in faccia e chiedermi di conto cosa avevo bisogno mi dice semplicemente "Non c'è posto !!!" Tutto occupato. Ma se mi diceva subito che non c'era posto mi risparmiavo 12 km . E poi la cosa che mi hai amareggiato è che non ha chiesto niente praticamente come sbattere una porta sulla faccia. Forse il Signore dimentica il periodo Covid. Peccato .Ma capisco che le buone maniere devono essere prerogativa secondo il Signore solo da parte del cliente. Ma l'ospitalità e la gentilezza non si comprano si deve avere per chi lavora in un esercizio a contatto con la gente. Comunque buon lavoro. Mi spiace ma è andata così per me e i miei ospiti/amici. I book for 5 people they tell me to introduce myself and if there are tables available in the room there are no problems. After a quarter of an hour and 12 km of road I arrive at the entrance I look at the 3 tables outside which are empty and this makes me think well, I read the poster of the menu on the door and from that polite Lord who without looking me in the face and asking me what I needed, he simply tells me "There is no place !!!" All busy. But if he immediately told me that there was no room, I saved myself 12 km.
