★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente molto informale e rustico, a conduzione familiare ( sembra) personale simpatico ed accogliente.
Le specialità sono sostanzialmente, in primis , i CANEDERLI, nelle varie declinazioni possibili (classico, in brodo, al formaggio, al ragù...) alcune delle quali dipendono dalla stagione ed inoltre la 'cacciagione' (che è meglio richiedere in fase di prenotazione per accaparrarsi qualche porzione) che può variare a seconda della disponibilità ( cinghiale, cervo, capriolo ...)
Sono comunque possibili piatti meno tipici come le tagliatelle all'uovo (al ragù normale o anche particolare, come il cervo) per quanto possa consigliare il posto per un pasto a base di soli CANEDERLI.
Un'area del piano superiore è finestrata consentendo una vista notevole sul panorama.
Parcheggio limitato sul piazzale del comune ma spesso sufficiente.
Quasi indispensabile prenotare.
Prezzo contenuto, 4 adulti più bimbo, primi e secondi con contorni, caffè e correzioni (no vino e no dolce) 100 euro circa per un pasto più che abbondante, da spanciare...
Very informal and rustic environment, family-run (it seems) nice and welcoming staff.
The specialties are basically, first of all, the CANEDERLI, in the various possible variations (classic, in broth, cheese, ragù ...) some of which depend on the season and also the 'game' (which is better to request during the reservation to grab some portion) which may vary depending on availability (wild boar, deer, roe ...)
However, less typical dishes such as egg noodles (with normal or even special ragout, such as venison) are possible, as far as the place for a CANEDERLI-based meal can recommend.
An area of the upper floor is with windows allowing a remarkable view of the panorama.
Limited parking on the town square but often sufficient.
Almost essential to book.
Affordable price, 4 adults plus child, first and second courses with side dishes, coffee and corrections (no wine and no dessert) about 100 euros for a more than abundant meal, to be spread ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo ristorante a conduzione familiare nel cuore di Luserna, interni semplici ma accoglienti. I posti non sono moltissimi, i locali sono puliti e ben tenuti. Il servizio è gentile e veloce. Le portate fanno parte della tradizione italiana e regionale, le porzioni sono semplici ma abbondanti e buone, non ci si alza affamati. Il prezzo direi buono, menù lavoratore 12 euro.
Small family-run restaurant in the heart of Luserna, simple but welcoming interiors. The seats are not very many, the premises are clean and well kept. The service is kind and fast. The courses are part of the Italian and regional tradition, the portions are simple but plentiful and good, you don't get up hungry. The price I would say is good, 12 euro worker menu.

Very easy-going restaurant, very courteous staff, excellent and very generous portions, more than correct price. Recommended if you want to eat well and a lot in a friendly and informal environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo ristorante si trova nella piazza del paese di Luserna, facilissimo da trovare.
La location può sembrare un po' datata ma quando entri sei accolto dal calore familiare dello staff che ti fa sentire a tuo agio.
Mentre descrivono il menu del giorno si ha già l'acquolina in bocca....
Appena assaggiati i piatti si entra in un trionfo di profumi e sapori tipici della zona e di una qualità veramente ottima.
Consiglio le pappardelle al salmi di daino, i Canederli (fatti in tanti modi), la grigliata, il bis di selvaggina (io ho mangiato cervo e cinghiale) il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino della casa.
Le porzioni sono abbastanza abbondanti e il prezzo per la qualità del cibo e per il servizio è più basso della media.
Se ci fossero più di 5 stelle ne avrei messe ancora.
Sicuramente entra di diritto nella mia lista dei migliori ristoranti dove mangiare bene.
This restaurant is located in the town square of Luserna, very easy to find.
The location may seem a bit dated but when you enter you are greeted by the familiar warmth of the staff that makes you feel at ease.
As they describe the menu of the day, your mouth is already watering ....
As soon as you taste the dishes you enter a triumph of aromas and flavors typical of the area and of a truly excellent quality.
I recommend the pappardelle with deer salmi, the dumplings (made in many ways), the grilled, the encore of game (I ate venison and wild boar) all accompanied by an excellent house wine.
The portions are quite generous and the price for the quality of the food and for the service is lower than average.
If there were more than 5 stars I would have put more.
Certainly enters my list of the best restaurants to eat well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima trattoria a conduzione familiare in centro a Luserna, canederli specialità della casa veramente favolosi, i migliori che abbia mai mangiato. Buono il secondo di selvaggina (cervo, capriolo e cinghiale), la carne salada e i contorni. Attenzione quando si ordina perché le porzioni sono abbondanti. Peccato che non ci fosse un dolce fatto in casa per concludere il pasto. Non abbiate timore di chiedere un contenitore per portare a casa ciò che avanzerà, perché la figlia della titolare che ci ha servito è squisitamente cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente di assaggiare al termine del pasto l'amaro cimbro, buonissimo, chiamato Gazunt.
Excellent family-run trattoria in the center of Luserna, really fabulous house specialty dumplings, the best I've ever eaten. The second course of game (venison, roe deer and wild boar), the carne salada and the side dishes are good. Be careful when ordering because the portions are generous. Too bad there wasn't a homemade dessert to end the meal. Do not be afraid to ask for a container to take home what will be left over, because the daughter of the owner who served us is exquisitely friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend tasting the delicious Cimbrian bitter called Gazunt at the end of the meal.
