Personale cordiale e molto preparato, conoscenza del menu impeccabile descritto nei minimi dettagli.
Cibo squisito, saporito al punto giusto. Abbiamo seguito il consiglio della cameriera e per il primo abbiamo optato per un bis di gnocchetti e spätzle.
Consiglio vivamente a chiunque sia di passaggio per il Trentino di fermarsi in questa taverna.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, impeccable knowledge of the menu described in detail.
Exquisite food, tasty at the right point. We followed the waitress's advice and for the first we opted for an encore of gnocchetti and spätzle.
I highly recommend anyone passing through Trentino to stop at this tavern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo ritornati oggi dopo 9 anni ed abbiamo ritrovato lo stesso clima cordiale, cibi strepitosi ed in più la figlia del titolare (che 9 anni fa era una ragazzina) che gestisce con la stessa passione, cortesia e professionalità riscontrata all'epoca dai loro genitori e dalla nonna.
Se volete una coccola culinaria, rivolgetevi con fiducia alla Taverna Clara!
Come promesso oggi, ci rivedremo presto e non fra 9 anni :-)

We returned today after 9 years and we found the same cordial atmosphere, amazing food and in addition the daughter of the owner (who 9 years ago was a girl) who manages with the same passion, courtesy and professionalism found at the time by their parents and to Grandma's.
If you want a culinary pampering, contact the Taverna Clara with confidence!
As promised today, we will meet again soon and not in 9 years :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale a gestione familiare, di terza generazione, con ambiente molto carino caldo e accogliente, pulito con un buon servizio svolto da personale giovane, cordiale e simpatico.
Ottimo cibo in portate giuste.
Buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Bravi tutti e la prossima volta voglio provare i funghi....... ;-). ;-)
Family-run, third generation, with a very nice, warm and welcoming environment, clean with good service provided by young, friendly and nice staff.
Great food in right courses.
The quality / price ratio is also good.
All good and next time I want to try the mushrooms ....... ;-). ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il punteggio è tutto meritato. molto graziosa e ben arredato...sembra un salotto. Il cibo è sicuramente ricercato pur nel solco della tradizione. Gentilezza e rapido servizio come raramente si trova. una piccola notazione allo Chef: la panna sugli spatzle è leggerina: darle un po' di personalità li migliorerebbe molto così come lo speck croccante se fosse non troppo cotto. Ma già che scrivo...un mezzo cucchiaino di grana (quello sul tavolo, mi sembra vicentino dal sapore intenso) regalerebbe pienezza alla panna dei fondi di carciofo. Lo scrivo per mera simpatia ad uno Chef davvero bravo e che merita, ripeto, appieno l'alto punteggio.
the score is all deserved. very nice and well furnished ... it looks like a living room. The food is certainly sought after even in the wake of tradition. Kindness and quick service as is rarely found. a little notation to the Chef: the cream on the spatzle is light: giving it a little personality would improve them a lot as well as crispy speck if it were not overcooked. But while I'm writing ... a half teaspoon of parmesan (the one on the table, it seems to me from Vicenza with an intense flavor) would give fullness to the cream of the artichoke bottoms. I am writing this out of mere sympathy to a really good Chef who deserves, I repeat, the full high score.
