Consiglio una piastra calda per mantenere la carne calda mentre la si mangia e un contorno migliore.
Anche le "coccole" toscane sono sicuramente da rivedere perché rimangono dure anche se erano accompagnate da ottimi prodotti (prosciutto crudo e stracchino)

Very good place and recommended especially for Fiorentina of an excellent level.
I recommend a hot griddle to keep the meat warm while you eat it and a better side dish.
Even the Tuscan "cuddles" are certainly worth revisiting because they remain tough even if they were accompanied by excellent products (raw ham and stracchino)
