A	Anna Daddi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piacerebbe poter trascorrere altri momenti in questo posto, la sala mi è piaciuta talmente! E anche i biscottini a fine pasto e il vino dolce. Perché dico "mi piacerebbe" ? Semplicemente perché la preparazione dei piatti dovrebbe migliorare di molto per adeguarsi all'ambiente. Eravamo in tre: ci siamo divisi un tagliere di salumi e un piatto di crostini con patè di selvaggina, e sin qui fila tutto liscio, il patè veramente buono. Poi a seguire: un coniglio con polenta, un piatto con crauti, polenta, salamella e cotechino, un tagliere di formaggi e due ratatuie. Dunque, il piatto tipico pare fosse discreto ma, per delicatezza, il mio ospite non si è voluto esprimere; il coniglio, buono di sapore e quasi accettabile in cottura, galleggiava nell'olio...e con lui galleggiava la polenta! Il tagliere di formaggi, tristissimo nella presentazione e le ratatouille anche loro in fase di galleggiamento! Che peccato! Fate qualcosa, per favore! I would like to be able to spend more moments in this place, I liked the room so much! And also biscuits at the end of the meal and sweet wine. Why do I say "I would like"? Simply because the preparation of the dishes should improve a lot to adapt to the environment. There were three of us: we shared a platter of cold cuts and a plate of croutons with game pate, and so far everything goes smoothly, the pate really good. Then to follow: a rabbit with polenta, a dish with sauerkraut, polenta, salamella and cotechino, a cheese platter and two ratatuie. Therefore, the typical dish seems to have been discreet but, due to its delicacy, my guest did not want to express himself; the rabbit, good in flavor and almost acceptable in cooking, floated in the oil ... and with it the polenta floated! The cheese platter, very sad in the presentation and the ratatouille also in the floating phase! What a shame! Do something, please!
M	MARCO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto conosciuto e devo dire che piu di un motivo c'è...qualità genuina di quello che propongono con menù alla carta e di volta in volta anche qualche aggiunta del giorno ben segnalata all'ingresso...ricavato da una vecchia segheria l'ambiente e' unico piu che tipico...pietanze della tradizione che raramente vengono proposte come la zuppa di trippe e lo spezzatino di coniglio...il brasato poi e' da leccarsi i baffi...porzioni generose e prezzi piu' che onesti per la qualità proposta...non e' tanto capiente e quindi si deve prenotare per non rimanere a secco..top a Folgaria. Well known place and I must say that there is more than one reason ... genuine quality of what they offer with a la carte menu and from time to time also some additions of the day well marked at the entrance ... obtained from an old sawmill the environment is unique rather than typical ... traditional dishes that are rarely offered such as tripe soup and rabbit stew ... then the braised meat is mouth-watering ... generous portions and more prices that honest for the proposed quality ... it is not so large and therefore you have to book so as not to run out of water..top in Folgaria.

La conduzione familiare ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Le pietanza sono buone... ma nulla di eccezionale. Manca, secondo me, un pò di ricercatezza nei prodotti e un pò di quantità nelle porzioni. Prezzi in linea con la zona. Small and intimate restaurant ... more or less 30 seats. The place is fantastic, enclosed between wood and large stones. The family management makes you feel immediately at ease. The dishes are good ... but nothing exceptional. In my opinion, there is a little refinement in the products and a little quantity in the portions. Prices in line with the area.

E' un piccolo locale ma molto grazioso e ben curato in ogni particolare, che ti fa sentire inserito nell'atmosfera del tempo passato. La proposta culinaria è quella del luogo dove si possono assaporare piatti gustosi e ben serviti. Consigliatissimo It was a very pleasant discovery. Old disused mill, renovated and transformed with care and good taste into a restaurant. It is a small place but very nice and well cared for in every detail, which makes you feel inserted in the atmosphere of the past. The culinary proposal is that of the place where you can enjoy tasty and well served dishes. Highly recommended
L	Linda F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorantino molto carino situato vicino il centro di Folgaria (occorre raggiungerlo in macchina, soprattutto di sera). L' ambiente è accogliente, così come lo staff. Abbiamo iniziato con una tartare di vitello con zucchine a filetti sopra, una lasagna di cavolfiore e luganega e manzo capel del prete brasato al Teroldego. Per concludere, amaro alle erbe e liquore al mirtillo. È stata una cena ottima, sicuramente tornerò! Very nice little restaurant located near the center of Folgaria (you need to reach it by car, especially in the evening). The environment is welcoming, as are the staff. We started with a veal tartare with courgette fillets on top, a lasagna of cauliflower and luganega and capel del prete beef braised in Teroldego. Finally, herbal amaro and blueberry liqueur. It was a great dinner, I will definitely be back!

Servizio cortese e prezzo nella media. Canederli buoni, paccheri ai funghi a nostro giudizio da “risottare” un po’: i funghi erano molto buoni, ma non avevano legato con la pasta. Il brasato invece buonissimo così come le verdure. Characteristic place built in an old sawmill. Very nice, both the exterior and the interior are well-finished and are very welcoming. Friendly service and average price. Good dumplings, paccheri with mushrooms in our opinion to "risotto" a little: the mushrooms were very good, but they were not tied to the pasta. The braised meat on the other hand is very good as are the vegetables.

È un posto davvero confortevole e accogliente dove si viene catapultati in un'altro luogo in una segheria (basti pensare al nome del ristorante). Il personale cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o chiarimenti. Abbiamo mangiato direi degli ottimi antipasti e secondi ; la carne di servaggina e il baccalà direi fenomenali per non parlare del dessert un tiramisù davvero delisioso; mangiato anche in ottima compagnia insieme al gatto di casa un vero coccolone. Davvero molto consigliato. We went last night for dinner in this very suggestive restaurant. It is a really comfortable and welcoming place where you are catapulted to another place in a sawmill (just think of the name of the restaurant). The courteous and helpful staff for any questions or clarifications. We ate I would say excellent starters and main courses; the servaggina meat and the cod I would say phenomenal not to mention the dessert a really delicious tiramisu; also eaten in good company with the house cat a real cuddly. Really highly recommended.
